Hawk Ford of St. Charles review
I recently purchased my third vehicle from Jeff at Hawk Ford in St charles. He was a pleasure to work with, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend visiting him. He helped transfer a vehicle from one dealership to another, he explained all the purchasing options, and made the whole buying process very simple and straightforward.

Dmitriy was so great! ! He made the whole process of getting my new ford so easy and stress free. He was super nice, patient, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. I never felt pressured or rushed into anything. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. You can really tell he cares about his customers and actually wants you to be happy walking out of here. I’m so happy with my new Ford and really glad I had Dmitriy to help me through the whole process! Definitely recommend him if you’re looking for a car!!

Murgado Ford of ChicagoReviews
Murgado Ford of Chicago review
I had the pleasure of working with Tray at Murgado Ford of Chicago while looking for a 2024 Lincoln Nautilus Reserve AWD for my wife. From the moment I reached out by phone to inquire about the vehicle Stock: 24L117, Tray was incredibly personable and transparent. He took the time to provide me with all the information I needed, making me feel at ease about the purchase. With a growing family, including one child and another expected in May, it's important to make the right choice, and Tray made the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism and genuine care for my needs were evident, and I truly appreciate his efforts in helping us find the perfect vehicle. I highly recommend Tray and Murgado Ford for anyone in the market for a new car!

The service department has always been quick, especially when I use their Quick Lane service. They told me recently too that they now have a mobile unit that goes to your house or work and they can also pick up your vehicle, so I might try that next time so I don't have to take time off of work to get it fixed.

Al Piemonte FordReviews
Al Piemonte Ford review
My experience pertains specifically to the Ford service department - not the actual car dealership. So this place is clearly under new management. After getting some ridiculous estimates from other mechanics and body shops, I decided to give this place a try…. I got outstanding service from Pat Gavin. He quickly got me estimates which confirmed my suspicions that the other mechanics were trying to gorge me into paying for a bunch of unnecessary repairs. Pat & team were able to fix several problems that had been lingering on my car for several months. I always postponed getting these things fixed because other mechanics wanted literally $5-10k for what seemed like small issues. I’m ecstatic to have finally found someone in this industry that conducts business with (1) integrity and (2) high standards in delivering quality! It’s such a relief to know where to go to get my car fixed without getting guided into a bunch of high priced and unnecessary work. I also got my car back cleaner than when I dropped it off!! Everything from the service to the price to the quality of the work exceeded my highest expectations. 1 month later my car is running as good as new. If only everything in the auto industry (particularly the service & repair industry) was run this way.

After a week in the shop the only thing that was fixed was the a/c. Needless to say I was frustrated at the customer service but Steven came to the rescue. He took it upon himself to step in and worked with me to resolve any further issues I had with my vehicle. Steven is top notch!

Murgado Ford of Chicago review
Great Experience Working with Tray at Murgado Ford I’ve been shopping around for a new work truck, and I can honestly say that working with Tray at Murgado Ford has been a great experience so far. A friend of mine recommended Tray after they had a positive experience purchasing a vehicle earlier this year, and I’m so glad they did. As a contractor who does a lot of driving and occasionally hauls a trailer, I had specific needs for my next truck, and Tray has been incredibly helpful in guiding me toward the right option. From the start, Tray took the time to listen to my needs and provided personalized recommendations that fit my lifestyle. He didn’t just try to sell me a truck; instead, he made sure to understand exactly what I was looking for, from towing capabilities to comfort for long drives. He explained the features of the 2024 Ford F-150 Lightning Pro AWD Automatic in detail, and based on my needs, it seems like it could be a great fit. What really impressed me about Tray was his approach to customer service. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and truly cares about finding the right vehicle for his customers. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire process feel smooth and enjoyable. I really appreciate that he took the time to explain things and ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. Although I haven’t made the purchase yet, my experience with Tray so far has been fantastic, and I look forward to continuing to work with him. If you’re in the market for a vehicle and want someone who listens to your needs and provides honest, expert advice, I highly recommend reaching out to Tray at Murgado Ford.
