Got there and there were several cars ahead of me. Waly honestly told me how long the wait estimate was and he was spot on. I asked for specific things to check and he said that was part of the service. These guys are always honest, courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

AutoNation Ford Katy review
10-16-2026 I took vehicle in for 20,000 mile service/oil change. The service adviser was nice and the service took about an hour. All in all a very pleasant experience. My only complaint is that 6 days later I checked the oil level and it was 1/4 inch low on the dip stick after sitting over night. They seem to have a hard time getting the level correct.

Ryan Ford review
'm very pleased with Ryan Ford and the customer service they showed after my puchase. I purchased a 2006 Jeep Wrangler from them. I live in Lubbock so they transported the vehicle to me and only charged $300 to do so. I know it had to cost more than then in diesel alone. Once I got the Jeep and drove it about 50 miles, I noticed an oil leak which I discovered was from a leading rear main seal. Not a big deal and the part is pretty inexpensive but the labor to repair it can be costly. I took the Jeep to a reputable and dependable auto shop in Lubbock and they repaired the leak, but Curtis, my salesperson, made everything right on their end. The dealership reimbursed me for the replacing the rear main. They made it right, which is rare in this day and age. I appreciate Curtis and the ownership for their quick and fair response. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ryan Ford review
Ryan W. helped us from the very beginning when I sent an e-mail inquiring about the availability of a used 2018 Ford F-150, that was listed on the Ryan Ford Dealership webpage, all the way through the purchase. Ryan W. was personable, knowledgeable, friendly, super easy to talk with or ask questions, no pressure. It was just like talking with a friend! Their clean, reasonably priced vehicles almost sell themselves! Westley walked us through the documents and paperwork, service options for the vehicle, again hassle free and quickly! I think that from the time of our arrival to leaving the dealership was under three hours, including my three test drives that account for at least a half hour of that time and also includes them prepping and cleaning the truck for me to drive home. It looked like a showroom model including the engine compartment! I would say to consider Ryan Ford (17 years in business, family owned, I believe?) if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, watch the Ryan Ford webpage for their inventory. Then go visit them in Sealy, Texas and drive home in your new or used vehicle like we did! It was worth taking the ride outside of Houston for us! Thanks again to the Ryan Ford Team, including the prepping staff that we didn't meet!

Just purchased a new 2024 Ford Expedition from Ryan Ford, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I worked with AC, Eric, Westley, and Kyle — all three were fantastic. They were professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend doing business here if you’re in the market for a new vehicle. We’ll definitely be back for all future Ford purchases! Thanks again, Ryan Ford team!

AutoNation Ford KatyReviews
AutoNation Ford Katy review
I was looking for a CX 90 and found a very well-priced beautiful car. I did have to take it to the Mazda dealership to get the recalls taken care of and they did find a bad control arm that needed to be replaced. Some things you can't find with a used car dealership does their multi point inspection. Very pleased with the car and price! The sales rep Bobby did a wonderful job through the process and took the time to go over the features.

Joe Myers Ford review
Joe Mayer Ford is the best dealership I have ever been to in Houston, TX. After calling the Tomball Ford I purchased my car at, about a window that would not roll up I tried Joe Myers. They looked at my vehicle with hours of my car being dropped off, compared to many other places telling me they would not be able to do the same for about 4 days. Jordan in the service department expedited the part and I had car ready a full day early! Simply amazing and the most helpful service time I have ever dealt with.

Appel Ford review
I live over 200 miles from Appel, but they had the particular F-150 model and color I wanted while closer dealers didn't. After I contacted them about the truck, they promptly swung into action by providing videos and other information about the truck and making it extremely easy for my wife and I negotiate a price up front and schedule a visit two days later to test drive and then buy the truck. They did a great job of handling online communications and transactions and it was all above-board and painless. Javi Jr., our sales consultant, was particularly pleasant and helpful. All around, a great experience.
