Park Ford review
I would like to compliment the gentleman in the service department that, although I just came in for a 'The Works' oil change, etc., listened to my oddball story about a noise that started when I had to slam on the brakes when someone cut me off. What I needed to know was whether or not the sound was connected to anything important like the charging system, and not just a suspension or body bushing, which I could accept as something normal. This Maverick is just the right combination of 'utility' and ecology, and is wonderful.

Klaben Ford Lincoln of KentReviews
Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
When I bought my first truck from Rich Klaben 11 years ago, he came down and introduced himself to me and thanked me for purchasing my f150 XLT from his dealership. I thought that was pretty classy. Last night he gave me a call to thank me for my new Lariat purchase and to see if was ok. These gestures speak volumes about Klaben Ford! When I was thinking about about a new Lariat, I spoke with Mike Brandvold who was instrumental in helping me make my decision for a new truck, and he told me that I should meet Louis Polos who would take good care of me. I met with Louis in June and we began to put an order together. I love how Klaben's salesmen do not employ pressure tactics and Louis was no exception! As an aside, I bought the wife a Toyota rav4 last year at Bedford Toyota and the experience was the stereotypical crappy car buying experience that so many have come to know. Again, that's what makes Klaben so special since I have never experienced that at Rich's dealership. That is why I return. I would like to put in a good word for Louis who has "held my hand" during this truck ordering process and has helped me in every way during this journey. He continues to be available to answer my many questions regarding this new technically advanced f150. I appreciate his knowledge of all facets of the truck, from the hybrid engine operation to the Sync 4 system. Because of him and Mike, I would and will continue to recommend Klaben to my friends and acquaintances if they were to consider a new vehicle purchase. Sent from my iPad

Our recent vehicle purchase was probably the smoothest we have ever had. Mike Uzl and the team at Klaben Ford Lincoln made us feel at home and closed our deal with a minimum of time delays. Some minor service work was needed not long after our purchase and it was handled very well. Kudos to the Klaben team.

I had a great experience at Spitzer Ford Hartville. The staff was exceptional and made my buying experience a smooth one. In particular, I wanted to thank Sierra Dieble for her help. She was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. I'm enjoying my new car and, when the time comes to replace it, will definitely go back to Spitzer!

Klaben Ford Lincoln of KentReviews
Klaben Ford Lincoln of Kent review
Just when I started to think that even Klaben Lincoln service might deteriorate in the way so many other service organizations are, they did a slam dunk for me. The highlight of their response to an urgent situation was when the operator immediately understood the crisis and put me through to someone I thought was a randomly picked employee--but turned out to be Michael, the Operations Manager in charge of pretty much everything. He said he was going to physically start walking around Klaben in order to work things out for me. Wow. I asked him to roll me to Sean Klaben, service manager. As usual, Sean immediately worked with people and tech to get things sorted out. Long story short: Klaben is going to be there for you---no matter what the trouble is. When you need them, they will deliver. Go buy a car over there and you will see I'm right.

Spitzer Ford HartvilleReviews
Spitzer Ford Hartville review
I just purchased a new vehicle from Spitzer Ford in Hartville Ohio, and it was BY FAR the best vehicle purchase experience that I’ve ever had. My sales consultant, Jeff Handy, was phenomenal. Other dealers were unwilling to discount the vehicle that I purchased, but not only did Mr. Handy discount the new vehicle, he also offered me significantly more for my trade than other dealers, and did so without any agonizing negotiations. The Finance Manager, Rich Ruby, completed all of the paperwork in less than ten minutes, which I didn’t even think was possible. Seriously, it was like a magic trick. Not having to wait around and getting to drive away almost immediately in my new truck was awesome. There are a lot of Ford dealers much closer to where I live in the Columbus area, but I will absolutely and without hesitation drive over two hours (one way) to purchase my next vehicle at Spitzer Ford. Outstanding customer focus.

What a fantastic experience. Justin Post and his team were exceptionally accommodating during the entire process. Their level of communication during and after the car buying purchase were second to none. Even a few weeks after the sale the team has been willing to answer my questions and point me in the right direction.

Rick, from the service department, always takes great care of me. He and Matt from sales give Montrose Ford a feeling of family. They are good people with an excellent work ethic. Keep up the good work guys. See you soon for another tire rotation.

Brian Lewis was very helpful and polite. We were in and out very quickly. We placed our order over the phone. Super easy. The quoted price and the final price were exactly the same. Thank you.

Spitzer Ford Hartville review
I think we got off to a less than stellar start relative to a pre-owned vehicle. As I recall I was handed off to more than one person. When I finally landed with Zack Koval, everything changed to better than a 100% effort on my behalf! Zack was the greatest, I could even talk to him at his off-hour(s). If Zack did not have my answer, he got it. I was pleasantly surprised because someone cared! Zack cared!!!

Salesman was very helpful starting with emails and follow-up questions before my lease expired. When my wife and I arrived most of our questions were already answered and our new lease met our needs in term of model (Explore) and financing. Spent less time than previous lease. Very good experience.

⭐ 5‑Star Review for Klaben Ford ⭐ Klaben Ford continues to impress me with their exceptional service. One of the things I appreciate most is that they actually come right to my house to do the maintenance on my vehicle — it doesn’t get more convenient than that. I always request Seth because he’s extremely nice, personable, and consistently does an outstanding job. He takes pride in his work, and it shows every single time. People like him are the reason I stay loyal. When I buy, I always buy at Klaben. They’ve earned that trust.
