I am again impressed by Sheehy. I have purchased 2 cars from their Subaru dealership. I wanted to try something new. Maxx Manu at their Springfield Ford did not disappoint. He provided the warm welcome and lissltened to my concerns and and budget to find the right car. I'll be back to see Maxx again and I would recommend him to anyone!

I dealt with Ali he gave me one of the best quote in the nation! He was so great and professional. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting my own financing first and then picking out the car I wanted. I wanted a 2022 Highlander but I couldnt get more money for it from my credit union unless I cancelled the loan I already had and re-applied for a higher loan. I couldnt stomach risking being left with no loan.

John gives the best customer service. He takes the time to work directly with the techs to figure out exactly what my car needs, and he makes sure everything is done right so I can get my vehicle back running at 100%. His communication, professionalism, and dedication truly stand out. I always feel confident leaving my car in his hands.
2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

2008 Ford Explorer review
I have had this car for about two years, the V8 version. It is one of the best cars I've ever had. It has tons of space and is really reliable I wouldn't hesitate taking it anywhere. Haven't had to do anything major only routine oil changes and such. The explorer won't be the best on gas but if you're looking for something dependable this one is it.

Working with Mike Zeller on my new truck. I drove down from pittsburgh, only to find out we grew up very near each other so I knew I could trust him! Ha! Great experience, great price and bent over backwards to help. Side note, in all my years of buying vehicles, not ONE salesperson has ever followed up after sale. He did, and gave me his cell phone for any issues if any down the road. He is the best!

Love the inside room, 3rd row seat and the fact that the 2nd and 3rd row can be collapsed. Love the rear camera and all of the functions of being able to bring my phone apps up on the screen. So good for our very busy, on the go lifestyle

Ms Bradley, made the buying process a breeze. It’s my second vehicle I’ve purchased from her. So friendly and professional, great customer service !
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2022 Ford Explorer review
I love this vehicle. My 2022 Ford Explorer XLT far exceeds my expectations. Handling is great. Performance is far better than expected. Gas mileage is 26mpg combined average for the 16,500 miles I have on the vehicle so far. The interior fit and finish could be better and the original tires...not holding up very well. The vehicle is comfortable and always a pleasure to drive. I always get compliments on the exterior style. In my opinion, it's one of the better looking SUV's on the road. The rear biased drive train give it superior handling, better than anything I test drove. Chevy, Subaru, or the Kia.

Bryce Do was very helpful, and patient with me during our 7 month interaction between me starting to think about replacing my old truck, and finally, last minute, like phone call, "I'm on the way!" at 5 pm on a holiday. He showed me the vehicles I was considering and showed me how the features worked. The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

Great customer service from Paul H. He communicated promptly and with the right amount of detail, and was on-time and ready for my 2 appointments. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I got a very good price on a very low-mileage 2009 PU. Giving it a 4 overall rating because I've only had the truck a few days..

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

Walid was very helpful in helping me buy a car and was honest about everything.
2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Jorge, Mark & Jason were so great. Ted Britt Chevrolet has the best group of workers , when it comes to techs , service advisor (Jorge) , Service manager Mark & GM Jason. This group of gentlemen have helped me with any issue I have with out any hesitation. They are there to answer any questions or concerns that I have at any moment with out any hesitations. If something can?t be done they will guide me on the best route to take to make sure I am satisfied. Jorge in specific was there through out the whole process helping me out every step of the way. I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Lease Return CenterReviews
Lease Return Center review
This weekend I visited the Lease Return Center to purchase a truck, and I can honestly say this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear how busy the dealership was. Surprisingly, there were only two salespeople working at the time, and David was one of them. Even with that level of pressure, he remained calm, professional, and extremely attentive to every customer. What really stood out to me was how David handled the situation. Despite juggling multiple customers, he never made me feel rushed or overlooked. That level of customer service is rare, especially in such a high-demand environment. While waiting, I walked the lot and was genuinely impressed by the quality of their inventory. They had a great selection of upscale vehicles, all well-maintained and appealing. It definitely speaks to the standard this dealership maintains. Once David was able to assist me, he was knowledgeable, patient, and very transparent throughout the entire process. The paperwork was handled efficiently, and he even made sure my truck was fully cleaned and ready, even though it was located at another lot. I left extremely satisfied with my purchase and confident that I chose the right place to do business. David went above and beyond, and his professionalism did not go unnoticed. Management should be proud to have someone like him representing their dealership. I will absolutely be recommending this location — and especially David — to friends and family. -Thanks David!
