Bowen Scarff Ford review
When researching Ford pickup trucks on the internet Chris Kelly from Bowen Scarff Ford in Kent, WA responded to the chat window. He helped me through the whole process of ordering the exact vehicle I wanted, their policy of the no dicker price was fair with no hassle of the 1-2 hours going back and forth in negotiations. There was never any pressure to buy, only there to help. What a difference that made! Chris always answered my questions promptly when I asked while the truck was being built and yes I had a lot of questions as this was my first time buying a new vehicle and special ordering one on top of that. If Chris was off for the day when I had a question another salesman stepped right in and answered my question. I was able to track the progress of the build on the Ford website. Once the truck was delivered to Bowen Scarff, they surprised me and had it ready to go that next morning. Chris even came and picked me up at my home and brought me down to pick up the truck! After filling out the paperwork I was handed off to finance. Even here there was no pressure at all to purchase the ?extras? if I said no, he said ok and moved on. No trying to persuade me into it. My overall experience here was the best I have ever had at a dealership. The best surprise of all and may seem little to some was when I got in to drive away it had a full tank of gas. I highly recommend Chris Kelly as your salesman and Bowen Scarff Ford as the dealer to see in Washington!

Ron Olsen was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about how to match us with the right truck. The whole team was great and I would recommend them for sure. I have not dealt with the service department yet, but if it’s as good as the front end, I’ve found my new dealer. Thanks Ron

Audi Bellevue review
Alexis was excellent at communicating with me thru the whole process. I am assuming the tune-up workmanship was good; certainly I?ll know with time. Only complaint - the 2% surcharge paying by credit card. Really Autonation? That is nickel and diming your customers. Tarnished the great customer service (tho I blame Alexis none whatsoever).
2017 Ford Explorer review
I have owned Toyota and Honda vehicles for years. I love the space and comfort of my Ford Explorer. However I'm at 68k miles and just had to have my transmission rebuilt. If I didn't love the comfort and ride of this vehicle so much, I would trade it in tomorrow. I have my fingers crossed and praying this vehicle will hold out to 200k miles.

I live in Alaska and I was looking for a car, and my daughter found one there that happened to be the exact car I was looking for. Communication was excellent from the salesman, and I made arrangements to go pick it up a couple days later. Best car buying experience I've had yet. Thank you all very much.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

2017 Ford Explorer review
I have had several Explorers all have been great vehicles. My newest is only a couple years old. I also still have a great running 26 year old with almost 200k miles. Never had a big or expensive problem with either. I can say the same for the BMWs, Mercedes and Infinity’s I have owned…Once these expensive vehicles warranty expired everything but their engine seemed to fall apart. My Fords are reliable and never break down (knock on wood) Not flashy like the imports but solid.

2004 Ford Explorer review
My Explorer was left to me in my friends will I knew the truck for a few years before inheriting it and except for 1 thing have had NO problems with it other than normal maintenance and I LOVE this truck and have no intention of getting rid of it unless I ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO... and then I would still be hesitant about it ! It's always started and drove excellent especially in snow !!! My truck has 90600 miles it was given to me at 75000 miles ... only negative is that before I got it my friend needed to replace the transmission due to losing reverse (literally out of nowhere) WE were both stunned about it .... I wish I could check the transmission fluid by a dipstick too !

2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!

Rich's Car CornerReviews
Rich's Car Corner review
I have heard lots of horror stories about dealing with car salesmen. I had this in mind when I visited Rich’s Car Corner for buying a used car. I met Dante Rivaro, an unassuming salesman and I was blown away by how easy it was to deal with him. The negotiation was straightforward and professional. On top of this, when I noticed that the car had to be jump started before I left the parking lot after all the negotiations are over, Dante asked me to keep a watch and let him know my experience. When the problem was persistent, he talked to his boss and replaced the battery. What an amazing experience dealing with professionals like this. I highly recommend this company and especially Dante for your car needs.

Loyal Motors LLCReviews
Loyal Motors LLC review
I spent a lot of time searching for a replacement for my damaged 2011 Audi Avant, and Jon at Loyal Motors went out of his way to to make a great deal on a 2014 Audi Allroad. We all know the perils of buying a used car, but what really matters most is working with someone who really cares about delivering a quality automobile at a fair price. Jon is that someone. He works hard at finding quality vehicles, and his limited inventory reflects the care he takes in selecting the best cars he can find. Overall, I couldn't be more satisfied with my shopping experience.

Both my daughters purchased cars from Auto Quest that were in mint condition, low miles and bought from hassle free sales reps. The service is outstanding and they aim to please. My daughters left their with a big smile (ear-to-ear) and will make Auto Quest there GO TO auto dealership for all future purchases. Truck Town review
Big Thanks to Truck Town and their Miracle Worker Angela, she did what she said she would do and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to give us the best deal and the best vehicle for our needs and budget. This is a dealership like no other, the sales staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I also wanted to give Mark the Finance Manager and a big thank you for personally calling the few Credit Unions to give us the best interest rate. Again there is no other dealership like this........ They fight for you to give you the best deal and the best rate.. You are the best and I will only send friends, family, and anyone in the market Angela. If your reading this review go see Truck Towns Miracle- Angela Durbin, she is exceptional!

2017 Ford Explorer review
Bought this car in 2019 as my daily driver. It has enough space to transport my large and was very reliable until about 160,000 miles. Gasket seal and O2 sensors failed causing me $800 in repairs. Not super expensive, but like the previous review says check to see if there are any open recalls. Currently at 230,000 miles and still driving. If you follow the suggested maintenance schedule you'll be fine. If not, you'll be in for some trouble.

AUTO 206Reviews
AUTO 206 review
I recently sold my car to Auto206, and Jose made the entire experience outstanding. They offered very competitive pricing and beat every other offer I received, maximizing the value of my vehicle. The process was straightforward, laid-back, and completely pressure-free. Whether you’re selling or trading in, Jose makes the experience even better with his honesty and no-pressure approach. I highly recommend him and the team at Auto206.
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Eastlake Auto Brokers review
Great experience and I love my truck! I have been looking for MONTHS for a nice LBZ, it has been a great truck for over a year, Levi Hamilton was great with assisting me and the rest of the staff made it a smooth process.
2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

Kendall Ford of Marysville review
Easiest 5 stars I can give. Pe're Coutee and his manager Mark Bielawski went above and beyond to get me into a 2026 F-150 Platinum Plus on a 48-hour notice for a family emergency. They made the whole process completely straightforward and stress-free. Highly, highly recommend Kendall Ford (full-stop).

CarMax Boise (Meridian)Reviews
CarMax Boise (Meridian) review
I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.
2014 Ford Explorer review
Good experience, very nice handling and easy to manipulate all the features. Mine is the limited version and it is really a nice and enjoyable car. Not sure it’s the in 50 plus years of driving but it is darn close.

2016 Ford Explorer review
This vehicle is everything iv wanted and MORE! I showed up to the dealership with a price range I wanted to stick by & wanted the ability to get a vehicle that had a 4X4 button to drive through the weather in the winter. I was not only able to get these two things from my purchase but also came with lots of extra bells and whistles
