I just purchased a new truck. Alexandra helped me complete the process. She was great to work with and very helpful.
2023 Ford Explorer review
Have only had vehicle for 3 weeks but really like it. I’ve had F150’s for the past 12 years and thought I’d miss my truck, but I’m really enjoying this explorer. It’s more comfortable and fun to drive and the gas mileage is better.

This imy 4th Lexus from Bobby Rahal, and I have worked with Ron Stine each time. Excellent in every way! Highly recommend them and Ron.
2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Dave G was awesome! This was our 5th vehicle we've purchased from Bob Ruth Ford. Always amazing service.
2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

2020 Ford Explorer review
Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Chapman Ford Columbia review
I’ve purchased vehicles from Chapman Ford Columbia several times and it’s always a great experience. My salesman, Alvonte Addison, is the best! He helped me figure out the best vehicle for my needs and walked me through the buying process. He did an awesome job explaining the car’s features and how to work everything. Everyone at Chapman is friendly and helpful. I love my new Bronco Sport!
2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

Gene Latta Ford review
I had a great car-buying experience at Gene Lata Ford. From the moment I arrived, the team was professional, welcoming, and easy to work with. They even treated me like Family! They took the time to answer my questions, explain the process clearly, and make sure I felt comfortable with my decision without ever feeling pressured. The entire process was smooth and efficient, from looking at vehicles to completing the paperwork. I appreciated the honest communication, attention to detail, and customer-focused approach throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend Gene Lata Ford to anyone looking for a positive and professional car-buying experience.

My wife & I had a great & very positive experience at Bobby Rahal Lexus, Mechanicsburg, PA!! Our sales person Chad Gould was experienced & very knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and explaining to us the advantages of why we should purchase the NX350h! We appreciate how he was able to secure for us an excellent deal on our trade as well as the 2024 NX!! We will definitely refer others to Chad!! Thanks also to Olivia for making the signing of paperwork Easy & Fast!! Thanks for everything Chad & Olivia!! Jim & Jeanne!!
2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

2013 Ford Explorer review
10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.

They had the exact used truck I was looking for. The sales rep, Mick, was efficient and very helpful. No xx, just easy to deal with person. The pricing was fair (verified by Carfax). In and out in under 2 hours which included a test drive. I highly recommend this dealer.

We worked with Greg Sohnleitner. I feel like he was honest and very informative. Buying the car from him was too easy. It was truly a no hassle, pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

2023 Ford Explorer review
Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

From August 5th when I ordered my new 2027 Ford Explorer, until I picked up my new car on October 19th, I was kept well informed of the progress being made in the building of my car. On the day I picked it up, while sitting in the lobby area, every Bob Ruth employee who walked by greeted me and was very friendly. I am very happy with my new car. It is my 3rd Explorer, and I would highly recommend Bob Ruth Ford in Dillsburg to anyone!

Apple play used to connect but no longer does. Didn’t notice passenger door wasn’t installed properly until I took a road trip and the noise!!! Drivers side arm rest squeaks as though it’s about to come apart. Very noisy engine over 40 mph.

completed task in good time with good communication. I enjoyed actually talking with real people.
2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!
