The sport trim which is what I have has a lot of get up and go. A lot of space it's easy to transport items as well as to switch between cargo space and 3rd row seats. Red noises a minimum handles well and curves thoroughly enjoy driving the vehicle

If you are ever in Holmes County and need to have your car repaired, this is definately the dealership to take it. We had an emergency repair that needed to be done as we were just visiting the area. They went out of their way to schedule us in and get us a car to drive while our car was getting repaired. JOAN was her name, she was awesome, very attentive to our needs, friendly and VERY knowledgeable regarding her job. She went over and above for us. And if you are in the need for a new or different car, Josh is the man for that job. Very efficient, friendly and courteous. We are very pleased with our experience with Village Motors.

Plenty of leg room. Lots of bins/cup holders. Reliable. The only problem I ever had was sloppy liftgate shocks as the vehicle got older. Nominal cost to replace. Held it's own in a T Bone collision with a large vehicle.
customer service very helpful, eager to sell a car and what detailing the car was put through to get ready to sell. i felt they were honest and presented all i needed to know

I'm just going to list the issues. E-Brake cut wiring harness, garbage tires only lasted 17k miles, massaging seats malfunction, rear lift door works when it wants, the wind shield dressing left and right side cracked and they replaced it. Today the driver side window dressing flew off on the highway at 65 mph. Back fires when I punch it, transmission slips while going up hill. They did some recall repair while getting my oil changed and now my airbag light goes on and off. This was supposed to be a great SUV and it's completely garbage. This is the 2017 Limited 3.5 Twin Turbo model LEMON.
Purchase,service and customer service. A+ Perfect every time. Brent was amazing. Called with updates, able to secure a rental and was genuinely concerned. I highly recommend!

Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!

My initial reaction after owning it for a week is that the 2012 explorer is a drivers' car. It is a comfortable ride, but you do feel the road. The seating is comfortable and roomy in the first two row. Third row seating is not for big people. The second row seats 3 if the middle person is a small child. The electronics take a while to get set, but seem good once you figure out how to use them all.
Me and my wife went to the dealer to trade in a 2016 hrv and get a 2018 crv, and we did just that within a matter of an hour or so we were on our way home with the car we wanted, and very happy, everyone at the dealership were very helpful polite and positive minded! Would definitely go back for another Honda for sure!

The Ford Explorer Platinum has a very beautiful exterior that has the look of a true SUV not a roller skate like some of the SUVS out there.
With out getting into too much detail, I simply wanted to acknowledge Scott who runs the service department. I was having an issue with a CD player I had bought the year before and was initially told I needed to buy a new one. Scott jumped in and was able to get the CD player fixed for much less than my original option of buying a new one. This act of kindness and dedication to his customers was very much appreciated by me. Having an employee who looks out for the customer and cares about their experience is a huge asset. Thank you Scott.
This is the 4th new Ford I have purchased.

Excellent in all aspects. Rides great, has every feature I can think of. It is a beautiful SUV and I am so proud to drive it.

It’s the perfect size for a family of 4. I love the dual sunroof and navigation. It’s very comfortable. we are wanting to down size from an Expedition because of the fuel cost and the Explorer still has the 3rd row.
Went with pre approved financing looking for a specific car that was priced below KBB. Was in and out in an hour and a half with the car I wanted and they got me financing with a better interest rate than I went in with.
Ill never lease this one again

I leased the 2013 Explorer Sport. It looked great. It had the 3.5L Ecoboost. Never had a problem with the engine. The rotors however would warp consistently. I had alot of overstear. I brought the vehicle back at lease end with under 28K miles. The front seats looked like they were 10 years old. Just worn down. at 6 months before lease end the drivers side door panel had a 2 inch crack in the seam exposing the foam underneath. The dealer pushed it off and didnt want to repair it. Its a good thing I leased it. Never again...
My experience with salesman, Marcus Plunk, was the best in nearly 30 years of purchasing new vehicles. It was so pleasant working with Marcus and his associates in the dealership, none of that waiting for hours while they had to ask their "boss" if they could make the deal better. Marcus knew what I was looking for in my new Jeep JL and he was very attentive to my texts with questions about the different options and responded quickly. Not only did he find one JL, but by the time I got back to the dealership, there were two Punk'n Jeep JLs sitting in the lot! He had them gassed up and gave me the keys to test drive both of them. I actually purchased the one he found! Marcus is so friendly and down to earth, when you sit down to talk with him, it is like you are talking to a friend you have had for many years.

Love the look, size, and performance. Hate Ford reliability and quality control. Here are a few of the problems we have had: Transmission went out at 5k miles, PTU (transfer case) literally blew up st 22k, radiator fans relaced at 15k, 2 set of xxx Hankook tires thst Ford insisted there was nothing wrong with them, then issued a TSB admitting there were problems with them, headlights developed stress crack, A/C vent broke st 20k, nattery went out in 2 years, sest upholstery clips constantly come undone, and a carbon monoxide recall.
While my car was being serviced on Aug 14, I had a really fun conversation with Ryan. After servicing, I investigated the lot & found a car I really liked. When I was able to, I talked with Dwight Fouts about the car. He figured a deal for me that got that particular car in my garage. My husband & I have dealt with Ferris for about 30 years & I will continue to deal there!

The ride is smooth and quiet. Easy to work with the technology. Extremely comfortable. I own a 99 Expedition, 08 F150, and now a 13 Explorer. Everyone I own has been good to me. Extremely reliable. And great for everything I do.
I bought an 06 f150 in October. Had a mechanical issue that I wasn't able to fix. Called them and they squeezed me in the same day. Even did it for way less than anyone else

I have purchased many vehicles and nothing else compares to my Ford explorer!! It is a smooth ride. The interior is so roomy and comfortable. The third row seat allows me to transport the entire family. Love the safety features.

This car is spacious, love the interior and exterior. It is perfect for our family of 5. It is what we were looking for in a car. It is 4x4 which is perfect during snow days.
This was my first purchase through Kelly's but my husband and his family has used them for many cars. I enjoyed my time there and the salesmen were extremely kind and tolerant of my toddler. They gave us a great deal and went above and beyond to make sure the vehicle we purchased was at its best before we drove it home. I will continue to buy our cars here and no where else! Thanks guys!

Really nice. The sport style of the ford is elegant and astonishing. The interior black leather is greatly manufacturing. The suspension is also very awesome.
Eric Schneeg has sold us many cars over the years and we've always been happy with him and the cars. He is always helpful, honest and easy to deal with. We'll go back to him when we're ready for another car.

I actually completed a deal over text messages with Casey before I even arrived. I told him what I could spend and what I wanted for my trade and he made it work! I also added a few things to my truck and the service department was excellent. I traveled almost 50 miles to get the salesperson and service I was looking for. I had turned down offers over a 3-year period that I just could not afford until Casey did everything he could to sell me my truck. I cannot say enough about this dealership. If you can't work with Casey and the service manager, you can't work with anyone. Really genuine good guys.
