Very comfortable, good performance, nice amenities. Having had the previous version of Sync, the Sync 3 on this model is MILES ahead in user-friendliness and options. The vehicle is very quiet on the highway and excellent on road trips. Very happy with the purchase!
The website was easy to use no problem looking up there extensive inventory, the drive down there was very pretty and the sales people and everyone involved was helpful

My initial reaction after owning it for a week is that the 2012 explorer is a drivers' car. It is a comfortable ride, but you do feel the road. The seating is comfortable and roomy in the first two row. Third row seating is not for big people. The second row seats 3 if the middle person is a small child. The electronics take a while to get set, but seem good once you figure out how to use them all.
New car buying experience was the easiest I have ever had. Everyone was professional, knowledgable and helpful. Brad West was our contact , he was extremely easy to work with fulfilling all of our needs. Kudos to Jason Jones and his incredible staff for the excellent experience we had. Our new Expedition is wonderful and we look forward to driving this amazing vehicle. Normally buying a new car is stressful and difficult but this was smooth and pleasant. No waiting for management to go back and forth on prices and changing everything from the way you want it. Thanks to Brad West and Jason Jones and his staff.
We'll never buy a Ford again.

$50,000 custom vehicle. Check engine lights turn on the the DAY it turns 60k miles, conveniently also the day the factory warranty is up. Beautiful vehicle inside and out but loud as xxxx to drive. Remote start works when it wants to. We traded off our Chevy Traverse with 280k miles on this pile of xxxx. Guaranteed that vehicle is still on the road. Never buy another Ford product EVER.
I'm in the process of shopping for a used car. My lifetime best friend has been doing business with ORR Nissan for several years and wanted me to go there first. The first salesman I met was friendly but rather pushy and wanted to put me in a car that very day. I explained that I was shopping and not buying today, but he was very persistent. After taking me for a test drive in a couple of cars he said he had to meet with his daughter and another salesman would help me. Neal, the other salesman was very soft spoken, not pushy at all and did not try to sell me a car that day when I told him that I was only shopping and wasn't sure what kind of car I wanted. He took us on a couple test drives of a Nissan Versa Hatchback and a Nissan Sentra. I really liked them both and since then I've been looking online for both of those. I will be buying a car in the next month and I'll continue to look online at ORR Nissan and if I do go back, will ask for Neal and I would recommend him to anyone. The dealership is very clean, their cars seem to be good quality so I would recommend this dealership to a friend.

It’s the perfect size for a family of 4. I love the dual sunroof and navigation. It’s very comfortable. we are wanting to down size from an Expedition because of the fuel cost and the Explorer still has the 3rd row.
Jenny was awesome in helping us find the Ram that would fit our needs! She took care of us like family! I will definitely go to her for any future purchases. I love Red River Dodge! Their values and making Christ priority in everything is why I went there in the first place.
