Mark Allen Chevrolet review
I recently had service at Mark Allen Chevrolet (formerly Mark Allen Chevrolet) and was very impressed with their team, especially the service department. They met all my needs and exceeded my expectations. I needed new tires, and my service technician went above and beyond to find the best price and deal. Thank you for the exceptional work you do.
2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

Most trust worthy dealership I’ve ever been to. They work with you however they can to get you into what you want and they are always straight forward before you even get there, Ramsay is the best salesman I’ve had I highly recommend asking for him if you want a new or used vehicle.
2020 Ford Explorer review
I recently applied for a car from thrifty auto Sales In Westfield, Massachusetts, I received a call back from Mike. He wasn't a pushy salesman. He just actually was. I still interested in a vehicle which I was I've held off for six months without a car. I took a chance and I AM totally satisfied with the service Mike kept Istrate open and honest and I walked out with a 2021 Toyota Camry. I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to anyone. I have troubled credit but they still worked with me. Thank you, Mike.

Everyone we worked with went above and beyond to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. Both Shelby and Kevin where excellent and made sure we were taken care of.
2018 Ford Explorer review
Love this car overall but I have only one complaint. I was putting some boxes in the rear of the car and one of the boxes must have touched the the rear seat folding mechanism as all of a sudden it tried to unfold the seats. If my grandchildren had been sitting there strapped in I hate to think what may have happened!! Wish you had coverage over the mechanism so this wouldn’t happen.

2018 Ford Explorer review
This is my fourth Explorer. I decided in 2018 to order the top-of-the-line Platinum. This vehicle has all the bells and whistles for a person that wants the luxury of one of Fords top models. It has Platinum leather seats that are very comfortable. If you can find today, buy it. It has the 3.5L V6 that has great power on acceleration. You can only buy a V6 now on the 2025 Explorer ST which is a 3.0L. The cost is around $60,000 Loaded.

Quiet, comfortable and powerful car. I have the twin turbo that puts out 400 hp. General gas mileage is 19-20 city and 24-25 highway. The only thing that I would change on this vehicle is that I would like to be able to turn off some of the automatic operations on a semi-permanent basis.

Best Ford, other than a pickup, I've ever owned. Minor issues and recalls. All fixed or checked expertly here in Woodbridge VA. Only 80,000 miles. All highway. Tows a trailer perfectly straight. 4X4 with tow package. Getting ready to sell. Nobody else in the house to use it ! Lol

I was contacted by my service advisor Geoff with an update on the progress of my vehicle. He was also able to get me a loaner vehicle which was very much appreciated. I was provided daily updates also which helped me through the experience I was dealing with. I have been contacted that my vehicle is completed at this time and headed over to pick it up today. Great day. I would like to Thank my service advisor Geoff for keeping informed and going above and beyond to ensure my experience was pleasant. You'll be lucky if you get Geoff as a service advisor.

It was a great experience! Quick and Easy! The sales man and finance was so pleasant!
2020 Ford Explorer review
I currently own a 2020 Ford Explorer XLT (used, bought with 50k miles). Before this I used to own a 2015 BMW X3 Xdrive28i. Now people reading this would be astounded to hear such a bad review for a german luxury vehicle. IT. WAS. TRASH. Sorry, BMW fanboys, but that is true. Anyways, coming back to the Explorer, it was a lot, lot better. Better mileage, Better comfort, A ton of space to even pack up to 5 large suitcases and five big boxes with only the third row down. Considerable performance and power for a massive three row SUV, compared to a “apocalypse ready, tough and rugged” Jeep Wrangler. Very sturdy car, fun to drive around. And really handy when you’re like me who decided to hit the road from Miami, FL to Cypress, TX (😁). I was worried whether evreything would fit in, but apparently there was way more space than that! Also if you are a parent with an infant, you will have NO problem fitting in a child seat. Another thing is that I use an iPhone and my wife uses a Samsung. It is compatible with both carplay and android auto. Now the best part: this is the most stylish SUV under $30k I have ever seen except for a Jeep Grand Cherowkee. My final verdict: The best, affordable, 6-7 seater SUV you can get on the auto market. And I am saying this not only from a driver-standpoint, but a parent as well. I have read other people’s reviews, and some will disagree with me. But after all, it is an automobile. Whether it be a million dollar Rolls-Royce or a Bugatti or a Ford, it is still developing. I am proud of what Ford can do. I highly recommend to those who are looking for a reliable and safe car, buy a Ford. They are incredible.

2025 Ford Explorer review
Driving experience is great. Either engine is plenty of power but even the base 2.3l is very fast. Rear wheel drive bias is noticeable in driving dynamics making it fun to drive. The new Google based infotainment system one of the best in the industry in my opinion.. Almost don't even need a phone with how smart it is. Blue cruise is very convenient for long monotonous highway drives if equipped

2025 Ford Explorer review
I purchased a 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum with the 3.0 liter 6 cyclinder. The car has lots of power and drives well. It has lots of acceleration and easily pulls a 5000 lb trailer. Things I like about the car: 1. Heated and cooled front massage seats. On a long drive the massage seats are fabulous! 2. Very good radio/sound system 3. Wireless Apple/Android connectivity 4. Lots of cargo space What I dislike: 1. Gas mileage between 19-22 mpg 2. Lane departure system annoying 3. Had a rattle noise in the front of the car at 9000 miles that the dealer could not find. At 11,000 miles, the rattle mysteriously went away. No idea what is going on here. 4. Sometimes when I open the rear hatch, the chime sounds loudly, The next time it does not sound at all. Wish I could just turn it off. ??

Lorance and Neil are winners! I was very well treated and they answered all of my questions adding additional information that was very useful in my decision . Pleasant, professional, and helpful. They treated me like family. I did not feel pressured, in fact, the opposite was true. They were anxious to make sure that the car was one that was right for me. I do not hesitate to recommend Jim Glover Chevrolet to anyone looking for a very good car buying experience with staff who are respectful and genuinely nice people.
2022 Ford Explorer review
I purchased the 2022 Timberline preowned about 1 month ago with appx 50k miles on it. I was disappointed that it does not have memory seats or a garage door remote button. (I didn't even notice this when test driving it). Who makes a car today with all the tech this car has and leaves off these 2 things! The interior is comfortable & well laid out. The ride is smooth & quiet. 2.3L turbo 4 cylinder is quiet & has amazing power. At idle it’s hard to tell that the engine is even running. The prior owner put on Michelin tires which contribute to the smooth, quiet ride. The seats are ActiveX (Ford’s name for vinyl) with cloth inserts. I’m 5’ 10” and 175lbs. My son who rode with me is 6’ 3” and 250lbs. Both of us found the seats comfortable & supportive on our 1st road trip. I’ve driven a Kia Telluride, which is a direct competitor. The Kia has a little more tech but I found the ride to be on the harsh side, especially in the second row. This may be attributable to the low profile 21” tires. The Timberline has 18” balloon tires which I much prefer. 2 weeks after purchasing it I made a 2,200-mile road trip from Dallas TX to Orgon. Fuel mileage ranged from 21 to 28 with an overall average of 24 mpg. *if I don’t drive over 70 mph on the highway the fuel economy goes up to about 32! *these numbers are from the actual miles & gallons of fuel used, not from the dash numbers, which I found are a little optimistic. It has a few bugs that I’ll have to deal with, but it’s a used Ford & not a Lexus. Overall, I'd say I'm very happy with this car & would recommend it.

2021 Ford Explorer review
I often drive to the Michigan upper pennisula in the winter. This SUV has never disappointed me. One time I was driving up to Sault Ste Marie early in the morning. The road was slippery with blowing snow. The outside air temp was MINUS 41. i was alone with hardly ever seeing another vehicle. I kept thinking "trust this vehicle" because my life literally depended on it. I had no problems. And everything was on high - the defroster, rear defrost, heated steering wheel, heated seat, radio and keeping my phone charger plugged in. And in case you wonder why I would venture out in these conditions - I was called for jury duty and made it on time !! It has also gotten me out of deep snow.

I love my ST all except for seating. I’m just not a fan of European style seating soo we had an upholstery shop up grade them. Sooo much fun to drive! Great gas mileage considering I’m a lead foot. And when needed you can put a full 4x8 sheet of plywood in the back.

Wife's car ,working at home not many miles low 20k as of2024 June. Still I wonder about trans fluid because of time. Problem that bugs me is the radio. Static in AM off and on ,and of course the business station 1220am about the market. UGH!! Third lease of explorer, so low in miles ,made it a purchase. 🤞👍

Jidd Motors Mitsubishi review
We just purchased our 4th car from Jidd Motors yesterday, and once again the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Every time we’ve worked with this dealership, we’ve been treated with professionalism, honesty, and genuine care, which is why we continue to come back. This time around they had exactly what we were looking for, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. We were in and out in no time, with no pressure and no unnecessary hassle. Jesse Wright was outstanding—knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and truly committed to making sure we found the right vehicle. He made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Steve Cole in finance was equally fantastic to work with. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of our options, answered every question clearly, and made the financing process easy to understand. We never felt rushed and appreciated how transparent everything was. What really sets Jidd Motors apart is their customer service. Everyone we encountered was welcoming, respectful, and focused on making the car-buying experience enjoyable. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that consistently delivers such a high level of service and makes customers feel valued. We highly recommend Jidd Motors, Jesse Wright, and Steve Cole to anyone looking for a vehicle. After four great experiences, they’ve earned our trust and loyalty. When it’s time for car number five, we’ll absolutely be coming back!

Auto Merchants Inc. review
Positive experience buying a car for my son. Our seller was sellers so attentive and Professional. Plus, I spoke with him in Spanish.
2016 Ford Explorer review
2016 Platinum. Nice SUV, comfortable, very powerful, decent fuel economy, fair build quality, but there are some things to be aware of; the AWD models have a PTU (power transfer unit) which sends power to the rear wheels. It is positioned very close to the exhaust, and the heat generated by the turbochargers literally cooks the gear oil in the PTU, causing it to fail. The unit only holds about a quart of oil, and is NOT serviced or checked, even when you have the vehicle serviced at the dealer. We had trouble with the front camera, and the recirculation actuator on the climate control. If you are considering a used Explorer, I highly recommend buying the best warranty you can! The only complaint I have is the road noise. On new pavement, it's quiet, but on all other roads it's VERY loud inside!
