I've traded in my old Mercedes for a newer model. From the moment I visited the dealership everyone was very nice, friendly, courteous and professional. They took the time to show me a few cars I was interested in before I was able to make my decision. It has been a fantastic experience and a very smooth transition from beginning to the end, thanks to guys like Joel, Oscar, Mike and Jhonatan. This is a great truck. Good acceleration, towing, and four-wheel drive. I am definitely a Ford lover now. Can't go wrong with this truck. Mine is a 5.0L and can't find a fault with it after four years of ownership.

This was my 1st experience with CarMax and I have absolutely nothing but WONDERFUL things to say about the entire process. Everyone that I dealt with, throughout the entire process had amazing attitudes and willing to help in any way possible. I truly felt like everyone enjoyed their jobs and their main goal was to make sure all their customers got into the vehicle that they truly wanted. I should have gotten a 4 wheel drive to begin with. Traded in a 2018 F-150 STX 2X4 that was a nice truck but this is definitely an upgrade! The 3.5L accelerates quickly (beware leadfoot!) and pulls much easier than the 2.7L I traded away. Little difference in fuel mileage (I'm averaging around 1.4 mpg less with the larger engine) but worth the trade off. The interior is loaded with power, heated seats (both), upgraded navigation system and better quality stereo system. Heated mirrors and sliding rear window are a nice touch. This is my first 4X4 and it was really surprised at the torque output pulling out a couple of small trees and hauling away a 65' pine we had cut down. Much easier and more powerful than the 2.7L offered! Got it with low mileage and a pretty decent trade-in deal too. Think I'll keep it until the wheels fall off!

Lariat model. 3.5 ecoboost engine. Great vehicle. Lots of extras. 4wd works well in OBX sand. I converted from chevy silverado. Ford won me over.

I have a 2019 F-150 XLT and it drives excellent even with a 3.5 V6. The towing is great. I would recommend this truck to anyone.

This is my sixth vehicle purchase from R&D Motors and I am proud to say they have been a joy to work with. Yes we hit a couple ruff-n-tuff moments, but we were able to work it out and come to an all around agreement that works for all. That's why I've been with them d ok long and recommend them highly. A good truck but I think was built on a Friday. Ive had trucks of other makes including Ford which I have preferred for last 10 years. This truck has spent its fair share of time at the dealer for minor things dash rattle, rear diff leak, 2x rear main engine seal leak, transfer case leak etc, rough 3rd-5th shifts when freezing and cold for first few blocks. All of which Ford has fixed on warranty. I had a 2018 f-150 with same powertrain that never had an issue sooo like I said I think was built on a Friday. Looks good inside and out. The cold start turbo waste-gate rattle is annoying. Gets better than advertised gas mileage tho. 4x4, towing and winter driving are great. Wish Ford would offer a model like the Silverado RST just leather premium audio and a corvette engine in a truck that can tow over 10k. Tired of up selling for features I want with garbage safety or tech features like drive assist etc. Augmented v8 notes r annoying and I miss limited slip. Would I buy another? Yes. Will I? Depends on if Fords reputation, reviews and reliability as usual.

They look like they have a good selection of pickup trucks and clean conditions and reasonable prices and it looks like they have basic pickup trucks and sturdy and healthy.

After a bit of confusion about whether the car was actually available, we found our way to the dealership and Jon had the car ready for us to look at and drive. We took the car out onto some construction roadways and were pleased with the ride on some very rough roads. Jon was able to share a little info about the car, but the CarFax that I was able to review before we came in was VERY helpful on making a decision about this car. When we sat down to put numbers together I was a bit shocked by the additional items that were not only "available" but were, apparently, added to this car and its cost. We were pleased that Sean and other management personnel were able to make the total cost down to a number that was about my budget but was acceptable. And, on top of, living more than 50 miles away and driving my wife's car in to look at this car, Sean worked it out so that they would deliver it to me on Monday, and that we VERY appreciated. The dealership facility is definitely not as fancy as some found in larger cities, but the people were nice and we were able to get the job done. The Cars.com page for this car did have some incorrect information. While this car is, apparently, SLT-1 it did NOT include some of the features indicated in the advertisement. This includes Navigation, 8 way drivers seat, and some other items. When I brought this to the attention of the dealership they noted that these ads are prepared by a third party, and I would assume that is Cars.com What I failed to get while at the dealership, or to print out on my own, was a copy of the CarFax report. After a couple of calls I finally got Jon and he almost immediately had that in my emai and I appreciated his effort. All in dealing with Arcadia Chevrolet was a positive experience.

Got me in quick and stayed with the price for the repairs, as quoted! I will be back again when needed! Clean facilities and nice people!

Sorry, this will be a long review, but I have to tell you about a salesman I have total respect for named ROCKY at Buster Miles Ford. I live in Georgia, and contacted dealerships all over metropolitan Atlanta in search of an XL F250. Very scarce pickings because of the "computer chip" shortage affecting the auto industry nationwide. I'd been told by two dealerships in Atlanta that they had found one but were waiting for the email response from the dealership where it was located as to whether it was available and met my specifications to have it shipped to them. I waited and waited, but no response. In desperation, I decided to call outside Atlanta to Buster Miles Ford in Alabama to see if they had any trucks meeting my needs. I was luckily connected to "ROCKY!" Although he didn't have the truck I needed, I told him of my plight, and he responded with the best customer service I have ever received from someone who had nothing to gain from further effort. I told him I was waiting to hear about a truck that had been identified by two other dealerships, but they hadn't heard if it was available and they wouldn't tell me where it was. He searched nationally, and found what looked to be that exact truck. He said it was in Missouri and that dealership indicated they only communicate with others by email. He bypassed the email and called them directly to speak to someone to get a definite answer for me. When he did, he found out that it was not available and that it was actually a fleet truck already dedicated to a commercial outfit for sale. I'd still be waiting if it wasn't for ROCKY! He then said, he'd check outside of their zone of exchange to see if he could find a truck and let me know where it was and their contact information, so I could call and check it out myself. Because of the shortage he had no luck, but I can't tell you how appreciative I am to him for trying. We also discussed the low possibility of getting a new order filled within my time constraints. End of story, I eventually found my truck, but only because ROCKY helped me set a new course of direction. Again, he had nothing to gain but my respect and he has that.
