Overall, I love my 2024 STX 4x4 Supercrew. It's comfortable, reliable, and gets great gas mileage with the 2.7 ecoboost. I had one small repair done under warranty that took less than 3 hours and I have over 13k miles on it. My only mild complaints are that the ride could be more forgiving over bumpy pavement and that the turning radius was better.

Richard the service advisor and Brian the diesel mechanic worked as a team to get the vehicle properly diagnosed and properly repaired. Two other GM local dealers were not able/willing to help me.... even though this was a warranty issue?? There was even a code thrown that the mechanic had not seen and ultimately led to a TSB generated from GM!! All and all Richard and Brian were able to get things completed in a timely manner and I was very pleased with his continued communication along the way. Great Experience!!

I had just an amazing and great experience at the Ford dealership. I do recommend you give them a chance before driving so far for disappointments. I went to a total of 3 other dealerships. But our local dealership had more vehicles to choose from and better and upgraded items I wanted on my truck then any other dealerships I went to. I was so disappointed in the other places. Missed my 2016 F150 which I sold, was waiting for prices to come down to get back into one. 2024 clearance was heavily discounted, and I love it. 2.7 twin turbo still delivers, comfort is amazing and cabin is quiet. Love all the new technology and screen.

I am super pleased with my truck. I went from a Nissan Frontier SV, which was the best truck I had ever purchased new (built like a tank but way more reliable) to a first time Ford buyer. I had never bought a ford due to feeling they were over priced. Be that as it may I was never going to buy another GM product. So it was either another Nissan or a Ford. I went with the F150 because of the gas mileage. I have already put 10k miles on it and am super pleased with the fuel efficiency. I think I now see why they are priced a little more than the competition.

Joel was excellent at presenting information about the broncho. I was very happy with how quickly I got in and out. My only complaint is after spending $70,000 on a truck they could at least offer to detail it! I had to remove the sticker from the window which is not much but was a pain!!!

So far I am very pleased. This replaced a 2019 F-150 Sport. This model definitely has all the bells and whistles. I am still learning about this truck.

I have purchased a few vehicles in my life but this was by far the best buying experience that I have had to this point. My truck specialist, Jacob, was ultimately concerned about me getting the truck that I wanted. He was not pushy at all and worked with us to find the truck that fit our needs and wants. I have bought many new cars from different dealerships. My experience with salesman Duke was the most pleasant and stress-free experience ever. Ordered the truck after selecting from every viable option for the f 150 with Duke's help by patiently answering all my option questions. I had ordered/ bought a new Ford van with Duke 22 years ago and I wanted to buy again from him after being impressed with his salesmanship and customer care. I live part time in Rhode island and Florida but selected Mullinex Ford to buy the truck and flew down to get it when it arrived.
