Great guys to work with. Just the truck I was looking for in excellent condition. The first hour I had it I stopped to get gas and several people at the gas station commented on how nice the truck was.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.
Great small family owned dealership. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and professional. I arrived at the dealership to test out a car I had found here on cars.com. The salesman brought the car around for me promptly and I was given plenty of time to inspect and drive the vehicle. Never felt pressured from the salesman to make a decision, he even let me know the car had just arrived on their lot and they would have their service department inspect it before I could take delivery. Gave them a deposit and left to arrange financing. A week later the car was mine and I drove it home. The only reason it took a week was I live 2+ hours away from their location and had to work around my schedule to get back to them to finalize the purchase. Highly recommend this dealership. They have a great selection of cars on their lot and the buying experience was pleasant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I told Andy what i was looking for and he found the perfect car for me. They took the necessary steps to quarentee it Ford certified. The day we picked up our car, everything and everyone was ready for us. After signing papers with Andy, we went to Jake and finished ip the paperwork in a timely manor. PS, dont fall for Jakes spilt coffee on his desk. Andy made sure that i was comfortable and familiar with the car before he sent me on my way. I went to Columbia ford because my sister and nephew just bought vehicles there and reccomended them to me. They were right, Columbia Ford is the place to go when you are looking for a new or used vehicle 👍👍👍👍👍

I found my sales rep (Tim Bassett) to be extremely knowledgeable regarding the Ford lineup of trucks with respect to their features and options. At other dealerships I had visited previously, it was apparent that I generally knew more about the vehicles I was looking at than most of their sales reps but at Columbia Ford/Kia I was impressed with how well they knew the product line and answered all of my questions thoroughly. When it was time to make a deal I felt that I was given full disclosure of all costs including any fees. In addition Tim worked with me to ensure I took advantage of all rebates and discounts that I might be entitled to. I'm also grateful to Tim for assisting me to recover something from my trade in vehicle. Also wanted to express my thanks to Jake for the friendly and painless financial discussion and transaction. I would definitely do business with Columbia Ford/Kia in the future and will recommend to family and friends.
