I was pleasantly surprised with my recent purchasing experience with West Coast Auto Works. Nick, the salesman, was polite, friendly, and helpful. Steven (Stephen?) in the finance department was fantastic as well, and it was refreshing that both of them were car guys. The pricing was transparent and fair and they were able to truly surprise me with a fantastic loan. I was also very appreciative of the speed with which the process was completed. I know that many dealerships train their staff to keep prospective customers on the sales floor for as long as possible; I was set up with a test drive, given a clear price, and provided options for financing very quickly. And--this bears repeating--the experience was excellent and I was amazed at the quality of the financing. I have no complaints.

This truck is a beast starts right up.,pulls a trailer and plows snow with no problem.i would recommend this truck for work or pleasure. Great value.

I bought this dually to replace my old f350 that had a 460 in it. I needed more power to pull my 5th wheel toy hauler and this truck with the 6.0 power stroke has all the power I need. And now that the motor has been bulletproofed. It is reliable. There is a considerable cost to doing all the upgrades, but it is well worth the investment

Strong vehicle and reliable once you bullet proof it. A coolant filter is a must. It does not turn as sharp as others but that why they have multiple parking spots.

Went to the Pacifico Ford dealer in Broomall. They said they will not work on any vehicles that are 15 years or older. I went to Matthews Paoli Ford and had them work on my 2005 Ford excursion. I didn’t know that good mechanics existed like they have over there what a wonderful place it cost money but it’s worth it! The diesel mechanic there Christopher is unbelievably knowledgeable and good. Had a great experience. Had my Truck worker on over there and have had zero problems. Excellent service from Marcel and his team even though I was hundreds of miles away with terrible signal. They provided great service even from afar and when I arrived at the dealership, I was able to pick up the vehicle at the dealership, and all documents were ready for me.
