AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke PinesReviews
AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines review
I recently purchased a brand new Chrysler Voyager from Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines and I was very happy with the service that my wife and I received. Firstly, the professionalism of our salesmen Leonardo was impeccable. He answered all our questions and he found the car we were looking for, all while answering a plethora of questions I had. Secondly, the team of Carlos and Orlan were key in getting the deal worked out including the financing, additional warranties and services that I expressly asked for. They really worked hard in making the deal happen in a short amount of time and even getting the minivan delivered to me at my location. All and all a great team. They care and want the best for their customers. I highly recommend Autonation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Pembroke Pines.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Chevrolet Colorado at Bomnin Homestead. Michael was extremely helpful from the moment I arrived. He was very knowledgeable about the Colorado and explained the differences between the available options and features in a way that was easy to understand. I had several questions and took my time making a decision, but Mike was incredibly patient throughout the process. He was friendly and professional and made me feel like I was working with someone who actually cared about finding the right truck for me. I would definitely recommend Michael Nicolas to anyone shopping at Bomnin Homestead

Dadeland Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAMReviews
Dadeland Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
If you don't want to read all of the way through: Great sales department, everyone is wonderful, slow process, miscommunication is an issue but handled well, would highly recommend. I needed a new car after Hurricane Irma and I had inquired through internet sales, since I live about 3 and a half hours away, about a 2017 Dodge Journey. I received an automated response instantly to give Giovannah a call, so I did. She confirmed the car was still available and I said I could be there the next day to purchase it but that my husband could not be there; we were told it would be no problem and that we could make it work somehow to still have him be on the loan. I was told to ask for Giovannah when we arrived. I arrived the next morning a few minutes before opening and decided to walk around the lot. Ashley greeted us and we mentioned we were there for a specific vehicle and that we were told to ask for Giovannah. Ashley said it was no problem and that we would have to use a sales associate any ways as internet sales does not work the sales floor/lot. She went to get the keys and I saw that I had a voicemail from Alex at the dealership saying to ask for him when I arrive. I told Ashley since we were already there and she took care of it and made a deal with Alex. We felt bad, but we did not have any knowledge of who was really going to be helping us prior to our arrival. So we carried on with Ashley helping us. She showed us a Dodge Journey Crossroad (loved it!) and it was above my price range but she wanted to try to get us the deal on it. She tried as hard as she could before the sales manager came out, Rick I believe? And even he tried to make the numbers work with a longer loan term and such. That being said, we decided to go with the less expensive Journey SE and Rick helped us get a wonderful deal. Unfortunately, we were misinformed and we were told my husband would have to be present to have his name on the loan. When we made it to financing, they said they could do it in just my name but due to me being a first time car buyer, my interest rate would be higher, even with a great credit score. So we played around with the numbers and got it to where we were only $5 above my personal monthly payment cap and I was comfortable with that. Overall, everyone was absolutely lovely and I would highly recommend Dadeland DCJR for a vehicle purchase. The facility is very well kept and they have really great hours, even open on Sundays. My main gripes would be the misinformation about my husband having to be present and the process was very slow especially when we knew the exact car we were there for. Otherwise, everything was great and 2 days later I still love my new car.
2016 Ford F-350 review
I have a 2016 F350 XLT 4x4 single rear wheel with the 6.2 gas. It has ample power and has been 100% reliable with slightly over 100K miles on it. I have a Palamino truck camper and pull a 16' tandem axle trailer with two ATV. The big complaint is the gas mileage which struggles empty to get over 10 mpg, maybe on a long trip on Interstate keeping it at 65-70 mph, 11 mpg. With my load more typically 8 mpg. As was expected for a one ton, empty it has no suspension. Even on a brand new asphalt overlaid road, the ride is rough.
