2017 Ford F-450 review
Used this Truck to pull a 22,000 lb fifth wheel. It was extremely comfortable towing. Had the power needed and the Options (heated, A/C, massage seats, voice nav, adaptive cruise control, etc.) made long trips easy and comfortable. The 48 gal gas tank made it easy to travel all day without having to fuel up. I've had 3 Ford trucks and this one was the best.

My wife's 2017 Edge Titanium needed service because the "wrench" light came on. Dropped it off and met with Odie Terry, our Service Advisor. Odie informed us that it will be a day or 2 before a tech could get to it because they are always so busy. Odie called me a couple of days later and said the battery wasn't getting enough volts to the sensors, creating numerous error codes. Replaced the battery and one code came back as a torque converter issue. Once we found out they would be keeping it awhile Odie arranged a rental car for us. Turns out the transmission needed a complete overhaul. Thank God for the 5 year/60k mile power train warranty, which covered everything! Took about a week but once we got it back it drove like a dream! Odie called me every 2 days to give me a progress report. He made what was a major inconvenience much more bearable. It's nice to know there's a dealership close to us we can totally trust to service our Edge and do everything right. Hats off to you Odie Terry, you are a true professional and an outstanding ambassador to the Ford Motor Company!

2020 Ford F-450 review
Great truck this new 7.3 gas engine is a working fool. Together with 4.88 gears and a 10 speed this is a great truck and still getting 8-9 mpg i am very happy pulling a trailer with mini excavator, or tractor.

We traded in two of our vehicles and purchased an SUV from them. Going into the transaction, we honestly did not expect BMW of McKinney to give us what they did for either of our trades. They were extremely fair with both vehicles, and there was none of the usual back and forth or games you sometimes expect when trading in a car. The purchase of our SUV was just as easy. Rostam and Danny made the entire process seamless from beginning to end. They were straightforward, professional, and easy to work with. Most importantly, at no point did we ever feel pressured or feel like they were trying to take advantage of us. Everything was explained clearly, the numbers were fair, and we felt comfortable with the deal we were making. What has impressed us even more is how they have treated us after the sale. There were a few items we wanted addressed on the SUV, and Rostam and Danny have continued to be responsive and helpful getting those things taken care of. To me, that says a lot about a dealership. It is easy to provide good service when you are trying to sell someone a vehicle. How you treat the customer after the paperwork is signed tells you much more about the people you are dealing with. We have bought and traded plenty of vehicles over the years, and this was easily one of the smoothest and most enjoyable dealership experiences we have had. BMW of McKinney gave us very fair values on both of our trades, made purchasing our SUV simple and hassle free, and has continued to take care of us after the sale. 2026 Ford F-450 review
I moved up from an f350 to an F450. I was shocked to learn the turning radius was much shorter. The wheel,brakes and tires are also larger. I love this truck. I use it to haul our 5th wheel RV and 3 horse trailer. If you're on the fence between an f350 and f450 DRW. I'd do the f450.

2020 Ford F-450 review
Great truck for pulling a horse trailer, especially a very large one with multiple horses and a living quarter. I am surprised how smooth the ride is considering the strength of the springs that endure the high weight of the goose neck.
