The dealership was fantastic overall. I worked with Charles Van Horn. He was great, very accommodating and laid back. Lane in finance was very difficult to work with, however. A simple task ended up taking several weeks, his communication and service was extremely poor. That is the only reason the review isn't 5 stars. I will probably go back for my next vehicle because of how great everything else was though.
2020 Ford F-450 review
Great truck for pulling a horse trailer, especially a very large one with multiple horses and a living quarter. I am surprised how smooth the ride is considering the strength of the springs that endure the high weight of the goose neck.

2026 Ford F-450 review
I moved up from an f350 to an F450. I was shocked to learn the turning radius was much shorter. The wheel,brakes and tires are also larger. I love this truck. I use it to haul our 5th wheel RV and 3 horse trailer. If you're on the fence between an f350 and f450 DRW. I'd do the f450.

2020 Ford F-450 review
Great truck this new 7.3 gas engine is a working fool. Together with 4.88 gears and a 10 speed this is a great truck and still getting 8-9 mpg i am very happy pulling a trailer with mini excavator, or tractor.

I want to thank the team for always being so helpful. I've been going since 2022 and have appreciated every service advisor I've interacted with. Sometimes, it's challenging to feel comfortable when working with maintenance or repairs especially as a first time car owner. Everyone has always took the time to make me feel welcome. I want to give a shout out to Nathan Hauser! He gives thoughtful advice, has a particular attention to detail, and has a wonderful way of connecting to people. 2013 Ford F-450 review
I have tried Chevy Duramax, and it was lacking power, and the transmission died after 3 years with low mileage. so then I switched to ford and it is working so much better. plus the controls are so much more comfortable.

We are not from Texas. We are from Oregon. Pandemic hit just as our 2004 duramax decided to quit for the last time with 312,000 miles on it. We found out quick that trucks were hard to come by with all the production interruptions so we widened our search because there was NOTHING in our price range in our area. We started with Portland, then Oregon, then U.S. Thanks to Cargurus we found our truck at East Dallas Diesel. We bought it for a fair price with very nice people. They detail at their shop and it was immaculately displayed. We drove there with a borrowed car and trailer to pick it up. They found us a reasonable hotel until our Oregon financing was completed and even offered to take us to dinner. The truck we bought is 2012 duramax dually and we couldn't be happier. Fuel, blue def and regular oil changes are the only things it has needed and we have put 15,000 miles on it in the 4 months we've had it. They made this deal an absolute dream for an out-of-town buyer. If I ever need another truck, we will skip the rest of the search and start there because I know they will take good care of us. 2017 Ford F-450 review
Used this Truck to pull a 22,000 lb fifth wheel. It was extremely comfortable towing. Had the power needed and the Options (heated, A/C, massage seats, voice nav, adaptive cruise control, etc.) made long trips easy and comfortable. The 48 gal gas tank made it easy to travel all day without having to fuel up. I've had 3 Ford trucks and this one was the best.
