Love everything about Signature Ford, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Calm and welcoming setting (unlike other dealerships I've been to). The Service Department goes way above and beyond!!!! I leased another car today 10/24/2018. It's my 3rd from Hines Park. The reason I've returned 3 times is Delores Sciberras. I have just retired needed to save money. I thought it was a long shot , to turn my lease in early and lease a new car. The payment is actually less. I thought it was a long shot. Delores made it happen, she's honest tells it like it is. Saving as much money for the customer, very knowledgeable goes out of her way. I'm a Ford retiree whose family members come to when they need a truck or car. I've dealt with lots of car dealers, Hines Park by far is the best. Why, because they have Delores Sciberras.The art of selling a car with honesty. Something thats unfortunately is rare at other car dealers.
Amy was very welcoming,professional and had a lot of patient with us.She explained everything in a way that even people who are technical challenged like us,could understand every detail of the car,we could not have ask for a better sales person,very impressive!
Great buying experience, no pressure, knowledgeable. Our sales person was Jarret Hernadez and was excellent. I would highly recommend this dealership and saleman to any one looking to buy a new car. They have all major brands at one location.
My visit to the dealership was a good experience. The sales rep had already sent me a video of the vehicle showing the outside and inside. I was early for my appointment but the rep was able to accommodate me. I received a call to confirm my appointment that morning. When i got there the sales rep went to get the vehicle, i test drove it and began the process to purchase the vehicle which did not take very long. Overall i had a good experience with this dealership.
I scheduled a meeting to look at a vehicle. Got there, vehicle wasn't even clean/washed for my test drive. That's a first.
Also, they the manager low balled my trade in to an almost laughable price. I counter offer with $3k more and he said that he would do it. The salesman was decent though.
I had a great time looking for my car never felt any pressure to get the sale had all the right answers went above and beyond thanks again
