A transaction that worked for me

I first went to the dealership knowing that, most likely, I wanted to trade in my 2011 Lexus RH450 for a newer Lexus. I also knew I didn't want to make the decision the same day, and dreaded the usual pressure of a car salesman. Miguel was patient and kept reminding me that he was there to help me...we went through a few options and found a car I was happy with; I still didn't want to decide then and there, I wanted time to make sure I was making a good decision. I had to reschedule my return a few times, but after a few days the deal was done. Mr. Kamal (financing) was particularly helpful and patient as we went through ALL the necessary paperwork, explaining each item carefully. Thank you, Mr. Kamal! Miguel and Sean were great listeners and responsive to my needs. The transaction was not what I consider a "typical" car-buying experience - much better. Finally and not to be overlooked, Yuri got me better insurance costs for half the cost. Overall, a very good experience.
