The best dealership experience EVER!

Ford Country has earned my trust and my business.... Let me tell why in a quick story. In early 2015, I purchased a new 2014 Ford Explorer from Ford Country. That experience was one of the best car dealership experiences I had ever had. The sales rep was very helpful, I felt like I got a more than fair offer on my trade-in and the deal was pretty sweet! I was a happy guy. Fast-Forward to February 2017, I took my Explorer in for its routine service appointment... when I got my Explorer back there was a note from a guy name Ted. This note basically said that Ted wanted to buy my Explorer. Out of sheer curiosity, I reached out to Ted and explained what I was possibly in the market for. Keep in min, Ted and I had never met, he only knew me by the service records... after a quick 5 min call answering some questions, Ted started sending me vehicles in stock that met what I was asking for. After a lot of back and forth via text messages, I decided to take a trip down to the dealership and visit Ted in person. Already past Ted's time to go home for the day, he stayed with me to answer my questions and look at trucks. Now, I am not going to bore you with all the details, let's just say after about 3 hours, including going through finance with Kelly H, I was leaving with my new truck. Fast-forward 2 weeks, I got a some news from Kelly that there was some challenges getting my deal done, but she reassured me that she was working hard on it and would keep me in the loop. Kelly did call, and gave me some news that she had got bank to accept the deal, but it was stripped of all the extras and the interest rate had doubled and the payment went up A LOT.... of course I had to decline the deal, however, instead of giving up, she asked for more time. Another week went by and I had pretty much given up hope on the idea of the new truck as it appeared that this was not going to get done and I would be returning the new truck any day now. Then it happened... Kelly called on Wednesday morning and gave me the GREAT NEWS.... she not only got the deal done, she got it done with some added perks that were not in the original deal! Moral of the story... the team at Ford Country worked their butts off to get my deal done, they never gave up and at the end, they got it done. A big thank you to the sales guy Ted S. A HUGE thank you Kelly H in finance and your Director Luchiano... but most importantly... thank you Ford Country team for making my experiences at your dealership pleasant and easy.
