2017 Ford Focus RS review
If you have the chance to get your hands on one of these things, do it! This car will put mad smiles on your face everytime you drive it. An amazing little rocket by Ford. Suggestion: Get a paint correction, Ceramic coating and clear bra for the front and peeps won't stop staring at your RS. Also a Scorpion exhaust will make it sound incredible with all those pops and bangs. Incredible car! Thank Ford!

0-60MPH in 4.7 seconds one of the best AWS (rear bias) systems versatile in roominess average 22MPG (350/hp & 350 Torque) bonus: insurance is significantly lower than any of it's competitors because overall insurance companies see it as a grocery getter (Civic SI is in the highest insurance category) does not suffer from the transmission issues of automatic; only 6 speed while it had a bad reputation due to faulty head gaskets, that issue has been resolved under recall warranty Mountune upgrades can push it to 500HP while not voiding the warranty (European) Since it was only sold for 3 years in the USA, and there is NO chance any other RS models are coming to the USA, it's value has remained high

2016 Ford Focus RS review
Great car, I drive my focus RS as a daily, very practical and comfortable. Currently at 90k miles runs like a champ no major issues. Didn’t like the oem wheels due to constantly having to replace tires due to pot holes. The car give me confidence to go into corners at insane speeds, never feel like I’m gonna lose grip. In terms of comfort I can sit in the front seats for hours at a time very comfortable for an average weight/build man. But in terms of interior space the back seats get a little cramped when having tall passengers. But still very practical if your not carrying passengers constantly.

It's a clean car and roomy enough for extra gear as my son is taking it to his first job on the east coast. Gas mileage was an amazing 50 mpg on our drive home. So far, so good!

2018 Ford Focus RS review
The RS is amazing! I got it new and now have 20k on it. It runs like the day I got it. I swap winters/tires/rims every winter and it's my daily driver in New Hampshire. The 18 has refined suspension compared to prior years. I absolutely love this car! The bang for the buck is truly great! That said, I waited until the mark-ups were taken down! I love the design and including the interior. Only complaint with interior is the front seats are a little too high and the words for the dash controls (heat, defogger, etc) are super small/hard to read. I still get looks and random thumbs up, which is a gas. So far, it's been completely reliable. I test drove it to the Golf R and Subaru STi and the RS won! I could not turn off the control traction on the Golf R and dummed down things, which I did not like and the STi just didn't put a smile on my face like the RS and the interior felt drab/ordinary. So far, 3 years into this RS, I still love it!

2016 Ford Focus RS review
The perfect “practical” sports car with blistering acceleration, great handling, and lots of carrying capacity. I was amazed at how this car's handling is in the same league as a C7 Corvette Z06 which has much wider tires. The magic is in the advanced AWD system which can focus 70% of the power on either rear wheel which really pulls you through corners as if this car had huge wide tires. Really an accomplishment by Ford. Believe it or not, this car will outperform much more powerful cars at the track because of this AWD system.

Joe was my go-to guy at one of the lots where this vehicle I was interested in is they have four lots in Des Moines. It's always wanting to come up there and have the vehicle taken to another shop nearby and pay to have it inspected so I can find out what it needs and decide if I wanted this still purchase it with whatever it needed and that was no problem but they wanted me to fill out the credit app online and that was cool and Danny but there's no reason to pull a hard hard copy of my credit report if I'm coming up to go look at the vehicle because if there's more things that need to be done to where then I want to put into it I probably wouldn't do the deal and I'd have a hard thing on my credit report that I wouldn't be able to get taken off so other than that them telling me to go do that even though they knew I wanted to get it checked first was my only irritation. But something came up and I had to register another vehicle that I have in my personal access right now so I may have to wait a couple months before I want to go up there and do that but my job allows me to travel all over so I might get to go up there if I can this month and check out the vehicle to see if it's something that I really really want before someone else gets it so yes Joe I appreciate you working with me and look forward to consuming this business transaction soon. Exceptional value. We’ve bought cars from this dealer for a decade. Most recently a 2025 Acura RDX A-spec with 9000 miles on it. I found records in the car showing that it sold 18 months ago for $51k. Current book was $41k. I paid $31k. Showroom clean. They disclosed and showed a picture of the rear end damage it sustained. All repairs made passed inspection from my mechanic. Understand that McComb Automotive specializes in the sale of R titled vehicles. Other reviewers missed this key point. Also understand that they DO NOT finance. This is clearly stated on the website. What you lose is the factory warranty, Acura guarantees 5 years bumper to bumper, 7 years power train. What you get is McComb’s warranty of 1 year power train, and exceptional savings. Do your homework, then go test drive a car. You will not be disappointed. Do not expect a slick salesperson or even an overly pleasant office staff, although Kathy was very helpful and efficient. This place is all about the cars. We purchased a 2017 Acura RDX IN 2018 and have made ZERO repairs to it. My sister has purchased a dozen cars from McComb Automotive and has loved every single one of them. We recommend them with no reservations.

2016 Ford Focus RS review
Great car, I drive my focus RS as a daily, very practical and comfortable. Currently at 90k miles runs like a champ no major issues. Didn’t like the oem wheels due to constantly having to replace tires due to pot holes. The car give me confidence to go into corners at insane speeds, never feel like I’m gonna lose grip. In terms of comfort I can sit in the front seats for hours at a time very comfortable for an average weight/build man. But in terms of interior space the back seats get a little cramped when having tall passengers. But still very practical if your not carrying passengers constantly.
