2016 Ford Fusion review
I love my fusion se. Only problem I've really had is my keypad and battery. When it rains my key pad gets hit by rain and drains my battery. Have had it for almost 7 yrs have just over 100,000 and it's been a great car.

2016 Ford Fusion review
My 2016 Fusion SE Has Been Great..My only complaint is I wish the 2.5 engine had a little more power & better gas mileage..I get 22 city & 26 highway which I guess isn't terrible since the car is heavy. The ride is smooth & quiet and the layout of the dash & rest of interior very good.

We answered a Craigslist ad. The price was so good we didn’t believe it was a real ad. We went to see the car, Charlie was our salesman. We weren’t sure so we left, no pressure. We took a second look, easily agreed on a deal and left a deposit. We came back to pick up the car and the price we agreed on was the final price! I expected documentation fees, all those fees most dealers try to add. We were finished in about 10 minutes, I expected an hour or more. So we started out happy and remain happy, love the car. There will be something with any used car but everything was clearly disclosed, no surprises. All of the staff were very friendly and Charlie was a great salesman. It was the best experience and we will be back, and tell our friends of course.

2016 Ford Fusion review
I've had my 2016 Fusion SE for over a year now. 2.0L with 163k. I love the Fusion's exterior design. Sleek and agile. Mine appears to be custom with a heated steering wheel and seats, dual exhaust, and a few other things that aren't standard on the SE trim. I've replaced a few sensors (purge, turbo boost, and waste gate) and the headlights over the last year. I am soooooo bummed the Fusion was discontinued.

What made us drive 7 hrs to Lawrence, we didn't have to we chose to, is Nick and the experience to date. Once there everyone treated us like family. As we left the state driving back home, my husband and I both said we we were so glad we bought from Nick Madrigal, he made this experience the way it should be. We were looking to replace my wife’s vehicle and went to a couple of different places looking for a vehicle. Schrier was the only dealership we went to that actually addressed her about a vehicle (it was for her after all). While they did not have a vehicle on the lot that met our needs, they spent several days looking for one and communicating with us about options. After a few days they found something that they could get from out of state that looked good on paper, but would take several days to get on-site. Our sales person (Stewart), did a great job of communicating with us and providing timely updates. The vehicle was delivered to them, but there was a discrepancy on what they had been told (and told us) and what was delivered. We were able to discuss and in the end made a deal that we believe was fair. Chuck (sales manager) and Stewart were both very personable and never felt pressured to buy something we did not want. In fact, they said they would rather not make a sale than have us be unhappy with a vehicle or the process. In summary, we believe we were treated well, communicated to well, had a fair negotiation, and were delivered an excellent vehicle. We will absolutely check with Schrier again when we are ready for our next vehicle.
