I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.

The wait time is the worst. I have to wake up extra early every time I need to get an oil change trying to be the first in line. But the people are great! They try to help make your wait comfortable. They have free coffee and popcorn in the waiting area. I purchased my vehicle from this dealer less than a year ago and have been getting it serviced here since then.
Most high tech car I've owned.

I love all the bluetooth features. This was one of my top things in a car. The screen functions are so useful because it has bluetooth options,voice assistance,backup camera, temperature options, etc.
This car is driven mostly for work, and handles very well on the highway. It has great pickup for a 4 cylindar vehicle, and the eco boost provides great pickup. It measures up to any of my V6 vehicles I've owned in the past.
Just I received a excellent attention and service and fast service installation super clean ,I love when they return the car super clean

Transmission issues started at 45,000 miles. Told dealership for 2 years that something was wrong with the transmission. Kept saying there’s nothing wrong. Finally left me stranded on the interstate. Towed to Ford dealership-$1200 transmission fix. Traded for newer model. Received transmission recall notice 2 weeks later for the ’14 Fusion. What did I know’ I just drove it 150 miles/day.
I loved how helpful the associates are. I never felt pressured, and they never attempted to sway me from what I wanted.

I loved this car so much, that I obtained a newer version of it 2018. I had absolutely no issues with this car at all. Smooth ride, perfect for our small family and even for our grandchildren. This car was reliable and if Ford would have stopped making it in 2016 I would have kept my 2016.
I have purchased many vehicles throughout my lifetime and dealt with many dealerships. Then, about 14 years ago I found Bredemann Ford and made it my go to for service and new cars since. The service department is top notch and treats you in a professional, intelligent, and courteous manner with the best outcome I have ever had in mechanical reliability. . My go to sales representative, Paul Ipjian, is the most knowledgeable I have ever had the good fortune to provide me with exactly what I want and insure that I am completely satisfied with my purchase even years after purchase. Mr. Ipjian is Marshall Field quality without question. Vehicle service and purchase used to be a major pain, with Bredemann it is become a rewarding and pleasant experience.

My wife and I have purchased many cars from our salesman Paul Ipjian and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff from Management, sales and the service department always treat you with respect. I have had many dealings with Mr. Steve Travnik, Don Young and of course our salesman Paul Ipjian. There are numerous Ford dealers in this area but the respect and their ability to listen to our needs are one of the strongest assets they put forth. I would never entertain the idea of going anywhere else to buy a Ford. They are the most professional dealership that I have ever dealt with.

Great car for a first time buyer. Solid styling and appearance. Excellent gas mileage. Adequate interior room, both front and back. Good acceleration for a 4 cylinder.
When I first walked into the dealership I was greeted by salesman Paul Ipjian. As an informed consumer, I told Paul exactly what I was looking for and he immediately went to work helping me find that car. I informed Paul that I don't have a lot of time with my busy schedule and I'd prefer to not 'play games' over the sales price. Paul quoted me a reasonable initial price on the exact car I wanted (which he had to get from a different dealership) and he went over the financing options. The next day my wife and I showed up to test drive a similar suv to the one I was looking to purchase. We were introduced to Steve Travnik, the GM, and a couple other employees. Everyone was very nice, not aggressive or pushy like I've experienced at other dealerships. A week later we purchased the car. This was the most stress free car purchase I've ever experienced. I got the exact vehicle I wanted, hassle-free, at a price I'm very happy with. Thank you Paul, Steve, and the Bredemann team. Highly recommend this dealership!!

Rented a Ford Fusion while my car was being evaluated after being struck by a deer. I immediately enjoyed everything about the car! As soon as it was determined that my car was at a total loss, I knew I wanted a Fusion. So happy we made this choice!
I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I would highly recommend working with Chris in sales and the finance manager, John. If you're curious about my whole situation, please read below because they truly bailed me out.
I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.
So, if you're looking for a new ride and want to work with a sales and finance team that will be straight with you upfront, not push you into something you don't want, and will work to get you a deal that works for everyone, 100% go see Chris in sales. John will be the one helping you put a deal together that works. I can't express enough how thankful I am for both of them and how happy I was driving out of there. I was forced to jump into a new car when my previous vehicle gave up her usability after 19 years. I didn't think I could find a car that would make me smile and this one did. Great mpg, still peppy, and super comfortable to drive.
I had a great experience with buying my first car at Fair Oaks Lincoln. The salesman Joe F, the Manager Rodger, and the Finance Manager Felix made this experience nothing short of amazing!

I love how thoroughly it is designed with lot of attention to detail. My kids love it! I like the plug in feature. The EV battery takes away most of the trunk space which is a significant disadvantage. Shark fin antenna would have complimented the car better.
Very Easy Access, no headaches, was in for a 40K service which was performed with no issues & done timely. Also I found that if in need of parts after calling around Planet Toyota had a better price on what I was looking for & had advised on other related parts on sale. Would recommend!

It’s a very nice car as well as stylish, I enjoy the hands free calling, the heated seats and steering wheel as well as the keyless entry & touch screen on boarding
We bought 2 used cars just a few weeks apart (one for me, one for my son), and the experiences at the 2 different dealerships could not have been more different. We will come back to Rod Baker Ford again and highly recommend this dealership. We worked with Ryan in sales and Steve in finance. Both were very personable, answered questions, and explained everything very thoroughly. We never felt pushed, and we sincerely appreciate how careful Steve was when explaining every aspect of the financing, especially because at the other shifty dealership , that other finance person tried to cheat us in multiple ways so we had to triple check the math and have inflated charges removed. The interest rate we were given at Rod Baker Ford was 4 points lower than what the other dealership gave us, coming from the same lender and using the same credit score and a similar car price. Car buying can be a very stressful situation since it is such a huge purchase, and you really want to buy from people who are trustworthy. The staff at Rod Baker Ford are good people -- it's worth it to check them out even if it is a drive!

This vehicle is great in all weather driving. Always getting compliments on the shine of the ruby red clear coat . Very comfortable to ride in and drive.
