Buying a car can be stressful, but we had a positive experience at Sunset Ford and with our salesman Tim Stewart. We had an idea of what we wanted, we did our research ahead of time and made sure we were prepared when we arrived at the dealership. It was very apparent that Tim respected our time and wanted to see us back on the road as quickly as possible. He was straightforward with us and was patient with my questions. We would 100% consider returning to Sunset Ford for our next vehicle purchase.
Brought my mustang in for an oil change and check up, ended up needing 4 new tires. Mike helped me choose a great set of tires for a great price, he worked with me to make sure the timing was spot on and I was able to get back into my car before the end of the day. Extremely professional and helpful.. I plan to go back to Mike for all my service needs in the future.
It's pretty nerve racking purchasing a car sight unseen from 9-hours away, however Dave made the entire process easy! Dave answered all of my questions and fulfilled my requests in a timely and professional manner; qualities that only one could expect from an expert such as himself. Even though I had only spoken to him on the phone once and the rest through text message, I knew that I was in good hands. I would highly recommend Dave to anyone that would like to purchase one of Dean Team's fine automobiles, but has any qualms due to distance. We have previously purchased our other vehicles elsewhere. We had a Ford Fusion that had two different recalls on it and we took it to Pudmann for service. Their service department was excellent and because of that we went to purchase a new vehicle through them. We have never had as positive of an experience as we have with Pudmann Ford. Our salesperson, Elliot was fantastic. The finance man Bill, excellent too. They made the experience so smooth and easy. Every interaction we have had with anyone at this dealership has been great! Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and recommend them seeing Elliot. You will be pleased.

Purchased a new vehicle (An Escape) Looking for and purchasing was not a problem. Everything has been great, Went in at 8:00am, Home by 3:00pm with my new Escape. It’s about time for my first oil change, so customer service, I don’t know yet.

Mike was an excellent representative for Pundmann as he was not pushy, very knowledgeable of the product, 2018 Ford Taurus, and spent the time necessary to ensure you knew what features were available on the car and what benefits Pundmann Ford offered to their customers. He was extremely interested in providing the best customer service and in meeting the needs of the person buying the car. Once again, I had a great experience at St. Charles Nissan. I needed new tires and an oil change before Friday. I called on Wednesday morning and Al worked diligently to secure my hard to find wheels and had everything completed by Thursday evening. To top it off, they cleaned up my dirt car at no extra cost. Just purchased a 2018 Raptor from Marshall Ford and am very happy with the entire purchase process. Raptors are in high demand and in SoCal dealers are asking as much as $20K over MSRP. Almost decided not to get the Raptor due to outrageous dealer ADMs. However, Jim Parisi to the rescue! He advertised the Raptor at $1K below MSRP, ordered exactly what I wanted and I am now the owner of a new 2018 Raptor. Everyone at Marshall Ford was great to deal with and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone! I traveled 2100 miles to get my new truck and had an awesome cross-country road trip in my new Raptor. Well worth it and my thanks again to Jim and everyone at Marshall Ford! They will not be beat on price and are a great group of folks to deal with!!

Buying a new truck is a daunting experience for everyone. The last time I tried to buy a truck in South County Mo., I actually caught the finance manager trying to con me out of nearly $2K. It cost them the sale. It seems we grow up believing that every car dealer is dishonest and out to get all they can with no true regard for their customer. Sometimes it's true. But not at Marshall. My experience at Marshall was far different. No pressure whatsoever, straight forward and all round decent people.
From the very start the people at Marshall struck me as honest and having integrity. I had the good fortune of having Jim Parissi as my salesman. He was very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. Chris in financing was extremely helpful getting me a terrific finance rate and helped my new company establish credit. In the end I got by far, the best deal in 6 months of searching. I would highly recommend you give them a try with your next purchase.
