There are enough words to describe how truly wonderful Jack Jackson is. He is the exact opposite of the stereotypical “pushy” used car salesman. We visited another Toyota dealership in Orlando and encountered just that. They had the exact car that I was looking for but I wasn’t comfortable with the high pressure atmosphere. We left and ventured to Phillips Toyota in Leesburg and were very blessed to meet Jack. He was kind, funny-which I desperately needed as the car purchase was not desired rather due to an accident, and most importantly he came off as being very honest and acted with integrity which was far different from the last encounter. Some hold the belief that purchases are a result of the salesperson and not the product. True. True. True. I truthfully preferred the car at the Orlando dearlership, a Prius C (smaller version and easier to park for me) versus the traditional Prius available at Jack’s location. Jack himself had everything to do with my decision. My parents were visiting from Colorado and we just connected with him. I truly view him as a friend and give him my highest recommendation. 2023 Ford Maverick review
My first p/u truck. My first hybrid. My first CVT transmission. Outstanding mileage (>40 mpg!). Good for five people. Excellent for four people. Easy to drive. Excellent safety features (added Lariat safety features are worthwhile). Owned for one year. Basic maintenance and the recalls were no problem. High quality affordability made by our neighbor Mexico. I would highly recommend.

2023 Ford Maverick review
My 2023 Maverick Lariat has been a pleasure to drive. Had 3 recalls and all were completed at my home by Mobile tech for software issues. I currently have 9200 miles in 9 months. Ordered a 2024 Maverick XL July 17th 2023 still waiting for build date. It will be my third Maverick purchased You can't beat the gas mileage of the Hybrid. I get over 48 mpg in city driving. Staying under 45 miles per hour keeps me in Electric mode.

2023 Ford Maverick review
Have the hybrid, had over a year and average MPG over that time is 41. Its a pickup and works for me. Weekend stuff, depending on business may work as a work truck, Has some pep to it and since small vehicle very maneuverable. no issues mechanically 3 recall though but handled when took into the dealer for service. Highly recommend the dealer Five Star Ford in Lewisville, both sales and service

2023 Ford Maverick review
I bought this truck in 2023 after an accident took my 2022 Maverick. First truck was great and this one was no different. It’s now almost December 2025 and I have 45,000 miles on it. It drives great gets 30 miles to the gallon every time with the 2 L turbo engine. I changed the oil every 4000 miles had the transmission serviced at 35,000 I’m hoping that will help with the longevity.

The only problem I had was the rocker stripe was missing on the passenger side is missing and they have not been able to get it replaced. Hopefully it will be resolved soon.
2023 Ford Maverick review
Got my XLT with black appearance option in may of 2023. Well worth waiting for 8 months. Have had the best luck with this truck. Have 28,000 miles and main battery just got replaced under warranty. None of those recalls ever pertained to this truck. Couldn’t be happier with this truck. Non plug in Hybrid . Great city mpg and rides great. Recommend to anyone wanting a small truck.

This is the 3rd truck I have purchased from Mullinax of NSB. Our salesman, Jack T, was phenomenal. He answered all our questions, and was never pushy or overbearing. He was even patient enough with us to help us with purchasing a new truck over a used one. We do love our new truck, and the better interest rate the manager was able to get. The truck itself, being brand new (2024) had swirls in the paint all over the truck, and several scratches and scuffs in the interior and the exterior on one of the mirrors. I haven’t had the chance to detail it myself yet to see if some marks on the paint will come off or if those are scratches/chips too. I noticed most of them before we left the parking lot with our new truck. Jack asked that we take pictures to document anything else we found. We are waiting to have some accessories installed per the manager for the damage found.
