Every other time I've purchased a vehicle it's always some kind of a struggle. Either the dealer wants to mess around with the deal at the last minute (even after everything was already settled over the phone) or there's some last minute paperwork issue that takes hours to resolve. Needless to say I expected the worst when I rolled up to Jerry's. This experience was totally different though! As I said before, everything was ready to go and I was in and out within an hour. No drama, no xx, just great customer service. Love this place, highly recommend it, and this is from someone who hates dealerships!
