If you’re in the market for a new Lincoln, your guy should be Michael Zeller at Sheehy Lincoln of Gaithersburg. I know what you’re probably thinking — that’s a long drive if you live in Southern Maryland — but trust me, it is absolutely worth it. From the moment my Lincoln was ordered, Michael stayed on top of everything and kept me updated every step of the way. Anytime I had a question, he responded immediately and kindly, never once making me feel like I had asked a silly question. He definitely doesn’t keep banker’s hours — I could text him anytime and he was always quick to respond. On top of that, he saved me a significant amount of money compared to every other quote I received for the exact same new Lincoln within about a 2.5-hour driving radius. David Lewald also took great care of me by securing 0% financing, and at no point did I feel pressured or pushed into additional options or upgrades. Buying a new car can be an extremely stressful transaction, but with these guys the entire experience was smooth as silk. I am really happy with my experience at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton from start to finish. From my very first phone call to ask about the availability of the Ford Explorer ST, Gabe Irizzary, my salesperson, was helpful, professional, and honest. If he did not immediately have the answer to one of my questions, he did not make something up. He reached out to his manager, got the correct information, and quickly followed up with me. His manager, Gus Andrade, also reached out, and I truly appreciated their transparency. They provided me with the out-the-door price for a Maryland resident without hesitation, which was one of the main reasons I decided to drive over 90 minutes the next day to see the Explorer in person. Once I arrived, Gabe took me on a test drive, and the great customer service continued. During the paperwork process, Gabe noticed there was a small chip in the windshield and immediately brought it to my attention. Even though Gus was out that day, Gabe spoke with a manager and assured me that the issue would be taken care of. People often tell me that I am too trusting, but I believed them — and they proved me right. True to their word, Gus arranged for someone to come to my home and replace the windshield with a Ford windshield, not an aftermarket one. That meant a lot to me. Thank you to Gabe and Gus at Sheehy Ford in Warrenton, VA, for your customer service, transparency, and for honoring your promise. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them, and I would gladly refer my family and friends as well.
