My first visit to your sales was not all that pleasant. My non-sales lady was it was very good. I saw about a week later at the vehicle still for sale and I called her again. She called me back with the offer that was better than I expected and I purchased a vehicle. Trouble is the sunroof late because found out the motor was burned out. But they had already agreed to report to fix the roof. Right now I?m waiting to get my vehicle back but they gave me a loaner in the meantime. I am trying to do to deal with his dealership a couple times in the past 30 years it was not pleasant. This time everything on the second visit was extremely nice including your finance man. I hope to continue doing business with them for a long time.

After the outstanding service during our last vehicle purchase at Lebanon Ford, when ready to buy again we returned. We were a bit disappointed that our former salesman- Jesse Smith was no longer selling cars but had moved to the finance department. He greeted us warmly and introduced us to Tanner Moberly who he confidenced would serve us as effectively as he had. We gave Tanner the specifications as to what we were looking for. A few weeks passed…then the call. He believed he had found exactly what we wanted. It was a gem for sure! We made our decision that evening.
