It's been one month since I purchased a vehicle from Bozard Ford Lincoln and I just want to give a shout-out and say how pleased I was with the whole experience. I really dread car buying but our salesman, Jesse James, and his assistant Marcos made the process very easy and were accommodating to us and our situation. They were very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in and showed it to us in a warm and non-pressured manner. After we decided to buy the vehicle, everything was taken care of in advance, including our trade-in, and the process was seamless. We drove away with no regrets on price/purchase. Jesse even checked in with us after a few days to make sure we were still happy and we are! It's not every day you get treated so patiently and respectfully at a car dealership. All purchase arrangements were made by phone or email and the vehicle was delivered to my home at a good distance from the dealer. All my questions have been answered quickly and satisfactorily. Due to distance, I will probably be getting service at my local Ford dealer.

I just purchased the 2024 rapid red turbo. I love the mode change and it has that great sound as you pull away from others. Great take off and smooth ride. The only negative and it is very slight-- it that it is difficult to change the temp, and my Sirus does not have all features. This is my 4th mustang, with my first being the very small box shape. Every model gets better

Definitely a drivers car, very comfortable and easy to drive. I have the manual transmission and shifting is a breeze. I bought all the premium gadgets and interior along with the sports package. Plenty of power in this vehicle everywhere. Nice long gears so makes traffic with a manual tolerable. Only complete, its a big mustang. I have a 2011 and it is a slimer design. But plus side of case feel like you are in a NASCAR! Can't wait to hit the Kancamagus and spring into next summer.

I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

Bought my 2020 Bullitt in January of this year and took delivery in mid April (it’s cold and snowy here in Wisconsin). Been wanting a muscle car since I was a teenager (I’m 62) and the Bullitt just spoke to me. What a car! 480 HP, 6 speed manual, active exhaust, fantastic dark highland green color and super fast. This car is the real deal! Even my wife likes it. It’s my summer fun car and I doubt I’ll ever sell it!

I really like my 2017 mustang Roush, The only complaints are the front bumper clips break easy and most of all the paint is less than paper thin and in 4 years was flaking off around back window it sad such an expensive car. THE BIGGEST THING IS THERE IS NO BLUE BOOK FOR ROUSH.

I purchased a 2026 Honda CRV in late December 2925. This was the 4th vehicle I have purchased from them since moving to Jacksonville nearly 18 years ago. The sales staff and floor manager were very helpful. We previously had 2016 CR-V which my wife was the primary driver. She loved that car and wanted another. The 2016 is still in excellent condition and my adult son has it. Their wasn't any hard pushing by the staff at Coggin. We negotiated a fair price. When I spoke with the finance manager, they didn't push add on warranties, or other add-on's. We are very happy with the new Honda.

My experience was excellent as it has been in past visits. My service tech, Szymon, is and has always been to courteous and helpful.

After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.

CarMax is sending me emails to help me find a used Honda Accord .Havent found one I want yet but still trying. I do appreciate the help from CarMax.

I recently purchased a 2018 VW Beetle Convertible. I ran a CarFax on the vehicle for my own peace of mind. It was mint condition with very low miles. My salesman was Hugh. He was great. My 2014 Q60 Coupe developed a leak causing standing water in the passenger side. I brought the car to Atlantic Infiniti without an appointment and Mel (Service Advisor) helped me immediately. A Service Technician was able to diagnose the source of the leak within the hour and my car was repaired in 24 hours. I had responsive and competent customer service and was very pleased with the experience! Kudos to Mel for helping me so quickly and the team for taking care of my “Baby”!

Had been looking to add a third fun car reminiscent of the late 60's Corvette/firebird/Mustangs that I had owned BUT with modern comforts and enhancements. I looked at Camaro ZL1 (too rough) Corvette (Nice but seat headrest hit me wrong) Jaguar F Type R ( would have bought this but again seat hit me wrong) Nissan Z (Too delayed and $20K markup on $40K car!!!) Challenger Hellcat widebody (Too Big for me) BMW M4 (HARD ride even on soft setting) What I really like about the Mustang GT Premium was the sound. After years of driving stick, I bought the 10 spd Auto which is a great Trans. Faster and with traffic and all, a better choice. Did not spend $9300 for Perf Package, Magnaride or exhaust since I was not going to track this car. The exhaust was too raspy for my taste. Do get the B&O stereo. I really love the sound of the stock exhaust. Loud enough to hear and quiet enough on long trip. If you want one be sure to Join Mustang Club of America, since after 90 days of membership you are eligible for a substantial discount from Ford ($2500) on a $50,000 car. This does not include any discount from dealer.

I absolutely adore my Mustang. It does require performance mode to be as fast as I would prefer. It is reliable as all h e double l, the 10 speed is fast and sounds great. 10/10 I would purchase again.

I bought one new during the pandemic & got a great price, since dealers were starving for sales. Love the car, color, performance and comfort are #1. The Magnaride suspension is phenomenal. My one & only complaint was initially the car had a few electrical issues. But a new software download, while still under warranty has fixed those. Hopefully they'll never return.
