I needed a Ford dealership to take care of a couple of recall notices on a 2023 Bronco I purchased used from a non Ford dealership a year ago. I had received a brochure from Hawk Ford in St.Charles, Illinois, and decided to give them a try. To make a long story short, customer service arranged for a pickup of my vehicle at my home the very next day as well as a more than reasonable time frame for the repair, and then delivered my vehicle back to my home about a half hour ahead of the originally scheduled time frame. Because of the fact that I needed recall repair work, there was no charge for either the pickup and delivery, or the actual repairs.The courtesy and customer service extended to me actually left.me speechless. All I have left to say is, I now have a Ford dealership I can rely on. Thanks again Hawk Ford.

It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. If you have an issue with KUNES, I highly recommend contacting Jerome. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. The experience was impressive from the moment I drove in; a machine automatically checked my car's alignment on the way into the service bay, which is very impressive. -- What really set them apart was the customer service. Not only did they provide a convenient shuttle to and from work, but they were also completely transparent and honest about the repair. Instead of pushing for the more expensive option, they suggested I resurface the rotors, which saved me money. -- That kind of integrity is few and far between; it earned my complete trust. I had a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

I bought a GT Premium/California Special and love it. It has more bells and whistles than any Mustang I have ever owned. The Mustang is well insulated and is a solid vehicle.

2020 Ford Mustang review
I love this car. So many mods can be done to make it your own and unique to you. Move currently produces more hp than a stock GT 350. The looks and performance are outstanding for a car in this price range. My only gripes are that occasionally one of the mirrors (actually happens on both sides just not at the same time) will go all the way in one direction until it can't go anymore then click constantly until you press that mirror and touch the manual adjust button. Then you can hit your pre set of you have one and everything will be fine. It's always when I unlock the car to get in that this happens and it's totally random. If course the dealer can never find anything wrong with it. My other gripe was that on occasion it wouldn't recognize my fob. The only way I could start the car was to lift up the cup holder mat and stick the fob in the slot. But then if I went somewhere and turned the car off, it would be fine. Again totally weird and random. Overall though, I wouldn't give this car up for anything. So much fun to drive, and the sound of that V8 exhaust just gets the blood flowing. Not to mention the all the looks you'll get from people.

Bought my 2016 Mustang GT used have had it exactly one year it has 45,000 miles on it, haven't had one problem it runs great and is fast! . And I'm always still getting compliments on it. It looks great, is fun to drive, and still turns heads. This is my 8th Mustang I'm a Mustang fantatic! Love them.

2024 Ford Mustang review
Definitely a drivers car, very comfortable and easy to drive. I have the manual transmission and shifting is a breeze. I bought all the premium gadgets and interior along with the sports package. Plenty of power in this vehicle everywhere. Nice long gears so makes traffic with a manual tolerable. Only complete, its a big mustang. I have a 2011 and it is a slimer design. But plus side of case feel like you are in a NASCAR! Can't wait to hit the Kancamagus and spring into next summer.

2021 Ford Mustang review
For the money it is hard to beat a new Mustang on any trim level but especially the 5.0. Also the 10 speed automatic is a fantastic transmission as it keeps the engine in the powerband when asking for performance.

1998 Ford Mustang review
The Ford Mustang is the kind of car that you get because you want, not because you need. And this one is exactly what I need. Much more ruggedly built the Fox body Mustangs, Though a little smaller in appearance, but a whole lot of fun for the money especially if you can find 8 cylinder with low mileage.

2022 Ford Mustang review
After a negligent driver rear-ended my other car, I bought a 2022 Mustang GT Premium with the insurance money. I had a 1979 Mustang Cobra years ago and loved it. This is a great car, too. Fast, comfortable and beautiful. I haven't driven it in snow yet and have some trepidation about that but otherwise I'm glad I bought it. There are only three things I don't like: the car payment (who does?), the gas mileage, although I can get 30 mpg if I drive 58 mph, and there seems to be some high school kid at every stoplight who wants to race. This is definitely a car worth buying if you're an empty-nester, going through your mid-life crisis or single and don't have to haul much in your trunk.
