2022 Ford Ranger review
The ROUSH Ranger is an amazing upgrade over the already impressive Ford Ranger XLT. It has a full Katzin Leather interior. 18" Wheels with 33" General Grabber AT3 285/65-R18 tires. Has more than enough power .when I need it it's got it .don't like the fact that a 2019 should have this problem with the heater and air or the fuel gage .but the brown pills do happen .plus do you need a Vin number for the heater. A lot of the negative reviews on this place are a bit silly. In my experience from this past weekend, if you listen to the salesperson who you are assigned, bring all the documents requested, make appointments, and come fully prepared, you will have an excellent experience just as I did. I placed a 7-day hold on the exact car I wanted, and made an appointment to come test drive it and apply for financing a few days later. I spoke with my salesperson, Jerry Neyland, a few times on the phone before coming in, and he always had the answers I needed. He advised me on what documentation to bring with me, and when I arrived for my test drive appointment Jerry has the car ready for me. We took a quick test drive, I fell in love with the car, and we started the financing application. Since I brought everything we'd need, it was a BREEZE! In total, I was maybe at CarMax for 2 hours maximum. I had been stressing over it all week, only to find out it was all so, so simple. Jerry's customer service is second to none--he was friendly, quick, and understanding. He kept me informed every step of the way, and not once did I feel he was putting pressure on me or trying to "sell" me on anything. CarMax Buena Park gets 5 out of 5 stars for me, and Jerry Neyland gets 6 out of 5 stars! Overall an excellent experience in every regard.
2021 Ford Ranger review
Strong little truck, great off road, and great gas mileage. Superior towing compared to my 2019 Taco. If you need a mid size truck that is actually a truck the Ranger will be great for you.

2009 Ford Ranger review
My ranger was purchased used, it replaces my 97 Ranger which I owned for 20 yrs til it was totalled @ 370,000 miles. Only major component failure was rear end dif at approximately 200,000 miles and it still ran strong at time of wreck. Prompting me to set my sights on another Ranger to buy. My 2009 is 2.3l (as was my 97) w/auto trans (97 was manual), owned now for 2.5yrs I have to say I'm VERY surprised at the 09's performance which I expected to be a bit sluggish compared to my 97 as it was a reg cab and the 09 is supercab (which should weigh more?) but happy to report that I'm loving my 09 even more. This truck accelerates very well and seems to be cut from the same cloth as my 97 which was the most reliable ride I've owned and at age 60 I've owned more than a few. Before I reach my limit of 500 words, I'm a big fan of the Ranger: easy to maintain, fun driving, handles much like a sports car, looks great with a little customization, I could go on, but you get the idea!

2021 Ford Ranger review
I recently traded in my 2016 Toyota Tacoma TRD for a 2021 Ford Ranger Lariat Black Package and have never looked back. I love all the safety features (back-up camera, blind spot detection, collision detection) plus the conveniences of remote start (from key or phone), heated seats, rain-detection windshield wipers, navigation, etc. I also was surprised by the better than advertised gas mileage and towing capaciy. Currently, the vehicle gets about 25 mpg on the highway, which is significantly better than the 2016 Tacoma. The vehicle can also tow up to 7500 lbs which is pretty awesome for a small truck. The truck has had no mechanical issues (so far) but I purchased the truck new and it has only 11k miles. I would encourage anyone interested in a smaller truck (Tacoma, Frontier, Canyon, etc.) to test drive the Ranger.

2023 Ford Ranger review
The Ranger is a great light duty pickup for urban use. The 4-cyl 2.3L Turbo engine is plenty strong and gets great MPG at highway speeds. Around town I get right at 20 MPG, but at highway speeds it is closer to 28 MPG. It also tows my 3,000 lb boat with ease and gets 1 5 - 18 MPG while doing so. I would have liked a 6' bed, but Ford right-sized this vehicle for those that don't need a full-sized pickup.

2022 Ford Ranger review
The reviews of others about the Ranger is that it is a little underwhelming and yawning. Most frequently the interior is ragged on. It’s a truck cabin. It works and looks nice. What are others expecting, a mini theater, heads up display, and dance lights? It’s fine and I’ve seen other interiors of rival trucks. Guess what, they’re not much different. The cabin is nice, roomy, comfortable, and functional for a midsize truck. Now the outside. It’s a nice looking truck. Spray in bed liner, almost looks leveled as it is. Off road capable just like the Taco. Gas mileage better than most of the other midsized trucks. 4 cylinder turbocharged Ecoboost is more capable and faster than the others V6’s and tows more. So basically we have a truck that outperforms most of the other rivals in most categories and it gets an underwhelming review?! I say No Way, it’s a Great truck!

2023 Ford Ranger review
I've owned a '19 Ranger XLT FX4 super crew for 4yrs / 46k mis. Its been impeccable in this time. The mpgs have even improved as the truck gained mileage. It averages 21mpg city/ 24hwy. I've towed my 04 Mustang SVT Cobra "terminator" many times. Truck handles it w/ease as max tow rating is 7500lbs. The comfort & driving dynamics are best in class as is safety tech / features. So delighted w/ the Ranger ive ordered a '23 Ranger XLT Tremor edition. Really like the styling of this Gen Ranger & wanted the best version (Tremor) before an all new '24 Ranger is released fall '23. When shopping the midsized truck class be sure to test drive different models as they all have there own unique characteristics. None are bad ..but the Ranger just has more to offer. The excellent Gen2 TGDI Ecoboost powertrain is best in class. As all reviews have stated. This is absolutely true. Will not be selling our '19 Ranger XLT FX4 whenever the '23 Ranger Tremor arrives. Midsized trucks nowadays are the perfect size for 80% of personal truck buyers. Even off rd they are easier to navigate vs a full sized 1/2 ton truck or large SUV.

2021 Ford Ranger review
After being an F150 owner for 19 years, I never thought I'd be happy with downsizing. I was right, I am ecstatic! I bought this used with 30k miles on it, but it looks and feels brand new. Solid, extremely comfortable, and the 2.3 turbo way out performs my 4.6 by a mile. Really did nit want a car pmt but it is so worth it. I love driving again.

2021 Ford Ranger review
I downsized from a 2013 F-150, great truck, because I didn’t need a full size truck anymore. I was hesitant to go to a smaller vehicle but after a year and 11k miles I am a believer! Comfort, economy, performance and ease of parking and maneuverability. No regrets! I get lots of compliments too.
