Easy to work with, honest approach. Saw a few vehicles online, called to inquire. Josh had them sitting up front waiting for me when I got there. No wait, straight to the point. Easy purchase. Went so well the first time, my wife went back the next day and bought a vehicle from Josh too. Couldn't have gone better.
Mr. Bobby Eddy was great to deal with. Nice guy, Easy to talk to. It felt like we knew him forever. He listened to what we said and didn't try to push anything extra. He even spent extra time with us afterwards helping us program the dash. This was what a vehicle purchase should feel like. So when you go to Fairway Ford, ask for Bobby Eddy. As a female car owner, I generally dread visits to the car repair shop - as a total layperson, I usually do not enjoy being convinced that my car needs (in my view) unnecessary repairs/upgrades. Branson assessed the situation, proposed solution and in less than 90 minutes I left the dealership with a fixed car and good feeling. I really enjoyed the little touch of a cookie left on the passenger seat with a note from the Service Department - these extra little touches will help me coming back whenever repairs/car consultations are needed.
We have been customers of the Honda Store for many years. Always received excellent sales and service. Paul McKay was our salesman this time and he did not disappoint. He made our purchase very easy to negotiate and was very knowledgeable about all of the purchase options. Our final price for the Pilot was below what we expected to pay. When our car was ready for pick up he explained all of the instrumentation and details of the vehicle and he made sure we understood everything.we were very impressed with Paul and extremely satisfied. We will continue to use the Honda Store as our #1 dealership and Paul as our #1 salesman. Also wanted to give Patrick in finance a 5 star review for helping us explain all of the finance and warranty options and working with us until we fully understood all of the paperwork.
Al did a good job and was not pushy. I would deal with him again. He was honest and when we pointed out a few items about the car that needed fixed he was not quick to hide them like other dealers we were out.
I liked working with Nisha, not pushy, very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Only issue I really had (I don’t fault mishaps for) was the attention to detail that was given to detailing the car. Heavy dust and grim in easy to see places and crumbs/cereal under the seats. I will have to take it for detailing. Also the car needed new wiperblades right away as they where split.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The folks at Al Spitzer Ford have been great to deal with. Tim in Sales, Nick and Drew and their team in Service provide a family friendly experience. They go the extra mile to satisfy our vehicle needs. The Service department has helped us obtain tires at great value for three cars. We surprised the Service Department one day with five us in a loaded car just starting on vacation. We had an an unusual noise that concerned us and they gave us priority for an immediate fix.
Always have a positive and pleasant experience. Getting my oil changed. The wait is almost always a bit long but, I attribute that to the service and quality.
