Probably the best car buying experience ever! Started with CarGuru app searching for vehicles. When I reached out for more information, Matthew responded very quickly. Not only buy email and text but with a personal video message. Alexis was able to show us the vehicle we purchased and continued us through the buying process. On final day, Matthew closed us out. I say all of this because the continuity of service and professionalism never changed. The finance team was even able to beat my banks loan rate! When I walked in the show room with Nick Mattingly past a big white pick up truck, I saw a bright red ECKO Sport setting there. It had almost all the things I was wanting in my new vehicle. Nick explained everything possible on the vehicle. My grand daughter was with me and what technical thing I did not understand....she did. He showed me two other similar red ones on the lot and also an Escape. I had planned on looking at an escape for awhile, but comparing it to the ECKO Sport....I new the one on the show room floor was for me. Nick explained everything. Was very patient with me. Answered all my questions. Something I was really dreading turned out completely the opposite. Thanks so much to Nick for getting me through the process.
This service needed was due to a recall. I had paid to To have this done back in November due to my car not going into gear and rolling back and almost running me over with the door.I had told my car in and had it repaired and found out in August there was now a recall on this problem.The part finally came in and they just completed fixing it with the new improved part even though I had a part put in earlier they were not sure if it was the improved Mechanism so they had to replace it. They are sending me a refund for what I paid in November to get it done and I am just waiting for the check. Zach, the technician that talk to me about the car did a great job taking care of my needs and concerns.
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
From the moment my wife and I arrived at Iaasacs we felt at ease and not pressured. I felt like I was buying from a family member. Both Steve and Ian are a class act and I will always recommend them and I’ll buy from them again. It’s a 2 hour drive for me but it’s worth it folks. Too bad other deLers can’t be like this, good for Iaasacs though
