I contacted premier and was contacted via text by Patrick. Set up an appointment for 6/23/23. We live over two 1/2 hours away and hoped find the car. My daughter and I arrived at the dealership to test drive one car and found that the actual car we wanted was being test driven. The car was purchased as we test drove a few other cars. We finished by asking Patrick to pull six vehicles to look at and 4 to test drive. Was impressed with his time and patience. At the end of three hours and unable to find the car we wanted, he was great. Told him the color and model we wanted, but they didn’t have it in stock. Patrick was a good salesman. Not pushing a sale. We will go back. Hopefully they won’t have additional undisclosed fees as stated by others.

2018 Ford Transit-250 review
Excellent delivery vehicle for a construction contractor. The 3.5 EcoBoost has more than enough power for any driving situation when loaded down with material. Comfortable and quiet interior makes the driving experience a pleasure. Would definitely recommend adding the back-up camera and park aid sensors. It has already saved me twice from hitting a pedestrian and a car while backing out of a parking spot. Only complaint being a 6'3" man is that I wish there was just a couple more inches of leg room in the front. My right knee rests against the center consul, but this is a problem for me in almost every vehicle.

The van was exactly as advertised, and it was delivered to my home in Florida in less than a week. Vlad and Kevin have great communication, humor, and transparency made. I was interested in a Nissan NV 2500. Viewing several of these vehicles on cars.com and other sites. I decided to make the trip to Trust Auto in Maryland from West Virginia. About a 4 1/2 hour trip. I had talked to David on the phone to make sure the Nissan was still available and explained when I could be there to look over the vehicle. We made the trip in good time only running into one delay. Upon meeting David he brought the vehicle up to the front of the dealership and told us to inspect it, which is what we did. I had two top mechanic with me. While we knew the vehicle had been in an accident, the repair work was very well done on found a few bolts missing. One in the valance and the other from the inner fender. This could have been from the accident or just from being a service vehicle. A little over 94,000 miles on it. The detail shop did a great job on their work. Very chean for sure. After running the computer test, we took the Nissan NV for a test drive. It did not disappoint. Extremely happy with everything we saw and felt during the test drive. Steering was solid and tracked well. No pull to either side while driving. Throttle response was perfect as well as the braking system. The comfort of the Nissan NV was Avery pleasant surprise. The ride was almost as good as my Lincoln MKZ, almost.😎 Much like a 2006 GMC dually I had in 2007. Very nice. When returning to the dealership myself and the two mechanics talked things over and decided to go to the next step. After a little negotiation we settled on a fair price and made the purchase. David was very kind to us and I feel like we got a great deal. We finished the paperwork and was ready to leave but we were blocked in by another vehicle. I backed back into the parking spot when one of the ladies that worked there said she would move the vehicle so we could be on our way. She came back within a few minutes moved the vehicle and with a big beautiful smile waved goodbye to us as we left. That truly made my day😇. Trust Auto in my opinion is a great dealership and when I need another vehicle, they will be the first ones I will go to. I was looking for a specific make of used car and the only one that I foung that suited my requirements was at Trust Auto. I travelled from Philadelphia to purchase my car. They were unable to negotiate on any of the pricing, but they made up for it by getting me an Uber from the train station to their shop, which made to logistics of the trip so much easier for me. They have a really great selection of fun cars at the facility. The price was very reasonable. The staff was really pleasant to work with, and they had my financing all ready to go. The facility is very pleasant. It is clean, bright and hospitable with a lot of consideration towards operating within modern tech conveniences. I conducted the bulk of my business with them, prior to going to the lot, via text, which I appreciated. I highly recommend buying from this company. My only critique was how long it took to button up all the details and get back on the road. Otherwise, they are great, and I would actually go all the way to Maryland to buy from them again!

2018 Ford Transit-250 review
A vehicle like this isn’t designed to be the most comfortable or the most luxurious but ford did a great job with the basics and if your used to driving a work van this meets all the requirements and makes up for a few of the little things by adding adjustable tow mirrors, good seat adjustments, and simple luxuries like Bluetooth and backup camera. I have the basic version low roof and they are some noises I can hear from under the vehicle when it’s empty but honestly it’s a Ford work van... not an RV with insulation and flooring designed to keep noises to a minimum. Drives smooth and takes the abuse of daily driving well. Keep it clean and maintained and it will take care of you.
