Kings DJC is the only place we shop for our vehicles. The Grand Cherokee Laredo and Commander have out-performed any vehicles we have ever owned. Kings DCJ found us the best SUV for the money, end of story. Jordan worked with us on the Grand Cherokee on the phone all day, we showed up and poof, no need to look elsewhere. He did everything he said he would. Mr. Brinkman is a kind man. He put the wheels in motion to sponsor my son's charitable foundation, The My GI Foundation www.mygivets.com and Kings DCJ was given a Combat Wounded parking sign from the foundation. We need a third car and it will be a Kings DCJ vehicle and we already have a nice guy in Mr. Chad Johnson searching for our current need. We go back next year and buy the third Jeep dad has had since 1994. You can buy a car anywhere, but few do the extra work to bring you in at a fair price, with no loan surprises, and I highly suggest buying your investment from Kings DCJ.

Once again I am extremely impressed with the service at Beau Townsend Ford. Having a leak and low tire pressure (below 10 psi) from a screw in my tire on my way to work I stopped in at Beau Townsend where I purchased my vehicle. Understanding the appointment process and heavy business leading up to Thanksgiving I wasn't expecting to get such quick attention to my problem. The staff was courteous and understanding and told me they would do their best to get me in and take care of the problem. After waiting a bit they patched my tire and I was on my way. What a relief!!! Thanks folks.
Service Manager and courtesy vehicle drivers were very friendly and accommodating, and the vehicle itself (top notch King Ranch full size pick up) was very comfortable. 4 star rating is due to initial young lady at service desk (did not greet with a smile or welcome) and 40 minute wait for courtesy vehicle where I had to check twice while waiting. Although I really appreciate the transport to/from work from the dealership, I did make my appointment with the service manager (over a week out) with the request for the courtesy vehicle, and it seemed as though that request did not make it into the system. Might have been a personnel or service vehicle issue on that morning, but a 40 minute wait is excessive (10-15 minute wait I would think should be the max) when you plan to be at work at a certain time. Or at least someone could have come out to the waiting area to explain to me what the delay was and why. Thank you for the opportunity to provide this constructive feedback - and I still love my GT!
