Had our 2018 Fusion in for oil and filter change and tires rotated. Cleburne Ford checks EVERYTHING and gives us a 'report card' to show that everything is okay and also areas that might need our attention at a later date. Excellent service. A very efficient operation.

I have been very pleased with the service received when an issue comes up. Customer service is very personable in which the stats are presented in detail regarding the service needed. The facilities were excellent such as free gifts, coffee bar, snacks in which I have never seen at any other dealership. The pricing was a bit high compared to the same items that could be purchased retail. Otherwise the service is dependable and you get what you pay for....knowing you will be safe in your car. My Subaru has some type of random electrical issues that are still continuing. The service staff is incredible especially Lauren ...she gets a 10 STAR rating. But I'm taking my brand new Subaru in for the 3rd or 4th time now.
The buying experience was very positive from beginning to end. I was greeted on the lot by Randy and he spend a lot of time with me test driving cars and negotiating the trade-in and purchase price for my new 2018 Outback. I was happy with the agreed pricing and the financing negotiations went well and quickly. Overall a pleasant experience without any of the usual pressures to buy today. I had my previous car serviced there and was well treated and the routine maintenance was done to my satisfaction by a friendly staff.
This is our first Subaru, but we have dealt with other Hiley dealerships for literally decades. Hiley’s Fort Worth Subaru dealership continues the quality, great service and professionalism I’ve come to expect. Purchase, service or both - I’ve sent many friends there as well. My salesman was new. I already new exactly what I wanted. He was respectful of my wants and did not try to sell me on something I didn't want. We did have a mix up when it came to financing but once again they met my needs. They do try to sell you an extended warranty.
Hiley Subaru has provided excellent and expert service to my wife and I for at least the past decade. The staff is courteous, have excellent communication skills, and strive to keep the customer involved in the process, regardless of service - buying or servicing vehicles. We have purchased our last four Subaru Forester's from Hiley and no one else services our vehicles. Highly recommend.
Went with my wife to buy mats for her car and just happened to see a like new 2011 Honda Pilot that I just had to have. In the past I've always put car dealerships in the same boat with shyster lawyers. Eddie Laguana and Bubba Smith were both helpful, courteous and professional. If all the Five Stars sales force reflects their example then Five Star is the premier dealership in Texas. Being 78 yrs old I don't know if I will be buying any more cars but if I do Five Star, Eddie and Bubba will be my first choice !!!
