If you are looking for a new or used car, you NEED to check out Big Mike Naughton Ford. When we first showed up we were pleasantly greated by Mike while we were looking at a 2014 Ford Explorer. He was able to answer all of our questions and promptly got the keys when we asked for a test drive. During our time in the Explorer he placed zero pressure on us and didn't fill any silence with needless banter or conversation. He allowed us to thoroughly examine and get a feel for the vehicle. Shortly there after my wife and I decided to purchase the 2014 Explorer. Once again Mike made our experience enjoyable by makeing the signing process as quick as he possibly could. During that time the team at Big Mike Naughton Ford detailed the car inside and out and even filled the gas tank up. Jimmy in the finance department was the quickest part of our buying experience and had a great sense of humor. He was even able to beat the interest rate that we got from USAA. Two days after we bought the car we noticed that one of the tires had a very deep gash in it and required immediated attention. We brought the Explorer back and Mike (salesman) and Aaron (used car manager) eagerly agreed to replace the damaged tire with no questions asked. The next day we came back to Big Mike Naughton Ford to have the tire replaced by Griff in the service department. There was a little confusion on what tire to replace with and if we should replace one or both front tires. Aaron was hesitant to replace both front tires, but I was concered with replacing one tire because it could cause excess wear and tear on the front differential because the tires would be different in circumference. After getting Aaron and Griff to talk they agreed to replace both front tires. From start to finsh and then afterwards, the entire team at Big Mike Naughton Ford has gone above and beyond to make sure that we received the very best care to ensure that we were taken care of and that our car is in the best and safest condition.
We bought a truck from Big Mike, the buying process was great, no problems, heard from them a lot prior to the sale. Continued to get emails for new specials. We sold the vehicle, needed to get the refund for the warranty and gap insurance, can't get them to call us back to save our lives. Have left so many messages on machines, asking for a call back, have talked to one person, who promises to call us back and follow up, never hear a word. They are great prior to the sale, but once you sign, you are discarded for customer care. Very disappointed in the after sale.
I have been coming to Mike Naughton for many years. The service dept took care of 2003 Ford Taurus. My Dad and I always did rate Mike Naughton Ford as one of the greatest dealerships. I am glad I chose another Ford to purchase. I have in the years past have had a Pinto, Lynx, Mystic, 2 Taurus and now the Fiesta. I guess you would say I love the Fords. Mr. Naughton, when I came in yesterday I was just looking for another car, but when I saw this one Fiesta Ford, the deal was done. Mike Allen was the Sales Consultant. He was just excellent. He answered my questions, went out for a test drive and I just loved the car I purchased. The last car I purchased was in 2003, a Ford Taurus. It was a great car for the years I drove it. Like I stated Mike Allen was great. I also spoke with William Bell want a great General Sales Manager. In all honesty everyone was great. Jim in Finance was an excellent man to handle getting the paperwork together for me to sign. That a boy to all the staff at Mike Naughton. Thanks Kathy Rodgers
Mr. Tripp was amazing and SO good to work with. He approached my husband and I instantly took a liking to him. Mr. Tripp then offered his services and time. We were pulling a camper from PA and the coolers went out for the oil and water and the smoke was pouring out of our ford truck. A salesman from here saw us and said "he pitied us" but didn't stop to help. When we got to big Mike's there was no great effort to help us. I finally said "could you please give us some grace as we have traveled far and have a distance to go". We spent three nights in their alley running out of water in the camper. When asking if they could help us with water the answer was "no and my boss isn't happy about you being parked here." The truck was repaired and we were on out way to only come into Utah with the check engine light on. It seems a boot was not replaced in the repairs and completely tore. So much for Big Mike
Big Mike had posted an add for a F150 that I couldn't believe. I had to see it for myself. Took a test drive on Thursday and drove it home for real on Friday. Fast, easy, no pressure! Greatest purchasing process ever. Don't know why car buying is so hard at other places.
