I've owned a 2010 Transit Connect since 2014 and it has been the best vehicle I've owned. I use it for work and haul a lot of movie production gear in it. Most of the time it stays half full and I drive it that way. It's been reliable and only needed standard maintenance, except for the transmission. I knew the transmission was a weak link when I bought it at 94,000 mis. It bit the dust at 120,000 mis. I had a rebuilt one installed and was assured that it'll be good for another 120,000 mis. I'm at 160,000 and it is still going strong.

Gladstone was wonderful. I was running late. Got there 30 minutes before closing. They still processed the sale with all the paperwork and signatures. The car is in excellent condition. They have a mechanic on site so do their own CARFAX inspections. They went over that with me and assured me it was in excellent condition. They even showed me the ownership and service history. Great dealer.

bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.

Today we bought a 2012 Toyota Highlander from Bob Allen. We were a little nervous at 1st since this is a smaller dealership. We called beforehand to ask them to hold the vehicle until we got here to view. Many other far distance large dealerships we called refused to hold. It was the best vehicle buying experience we have ever had hands down. These are super guys to work and was worth the 4 hour drive. We will definitely refer others.

My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

This place is very clean great service and very polite. Had a number of vehicles just didn’t find the one I was looking for but very understanding. I would go back

I love this van. It's like driving a space ship - very high visibility. I've had a recall on the side doors but Ford made it good. Be sure to keep up with the recalls. I wasn't aware of the side door recall since I bought it used so I paid out of my pocket for them - but Ford reimbursed me.

We originally had a unpleasant experience here as first time customers but the new vehicle sales manager - Stephanie turned everything around. She went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the pre-order of our new vehicle and maintained stellar communication and customer service throughout the whole pre-order process. We were going to pre-order a custom 2023 Escalade - Sport Platinum however the wait would be 4-8 months! Stephanie mentioned they are getting one a little sooner with the Onyx package and sent us all the information we needed to make an informed decision. We ultimately went with the one that will be arriving a little sooner (this fall!) We cannot wait until our new vehicle arrives! I will update my review once we purchase the car but so far I can say Stephanie is absolutely amazing! Ask for her if you are having any hesitations on purchasing new Cadillac! My beloved Pontiac Vibe died on a Monday. I looked at replacing the engine but getting back and forth to my job every day is also very important! Decided to check just in case online and Gladstone had the exact same vehicle, one year newer with much lower mileage at a price I could afford! Within a week - I drove to KCMO with a cashiers check in hand and drove it home. Thank you for working with me through messages and phone calls to be sure we could complete my purchase in one visit!

The van drives smooth. Decent interior. Like the cage! Make sure you put studded snow tires on for Winter! Spacious in front and roomy in back.

Each time i have taken my car in for service the technician has been good. My complaint is with the complimentary car wash they provide. Each time my car comes out with more scratches. I have complained but nothing was done. My suggestion is decline the car wash. The damage it does is not worth the complimentary service.

i love this car i can wait for ford to make the new transit connect if you take car of it and do all your recomeded service this car will go 200,000 + miles but if you dont take car of it you know what is going to happen
