Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Excellent service at Koons Ford Sterling in Virginia to diagnose and repair a malfunctioning Automatic window mechanism. Techicians repaired the window, but took time to double check to make sure everything was fixed, and discovered a further problem that required a more extensive repair that solved the problem. Customer service representative Andrew expertly and courtesly handled the transaction both from in-take of my Explorer to the final resolution. Final bill for all services even came in slightly under the initial estimate. Excellent experience and I will continue to rely on Koons Sterling.

Bryce Do was very helpful, and patient with me during our 7 month interaction between me starting to think about replacing my old truck, and finally, last minute, like phone call, "I'm on the way!" at 5 pm on a holiday. He showed me the vehicles I was considering and showed me how the features worked. The only detraction from my experience was in the finance department where they didn't honor the price on the website, and I paid more than I expected to when going in.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Got it for a delivery service. I retired but still have the e250 it has 449,xxx miles on it and still runs and drives great! No major repairs just the usual I can't get rid of it because of the high mileage and really don't want to. It has the 4.6 They say its the best motor and I believe it!

3.7ecoboost is powerful. It’s a work van but has so many things that make it enjoyable to drive. Power assisted lane keeping is fantastic for helping you stay in the lanes. The sync3 radio is a very nice benefit too. Hopefully it holds up.

I found a dream car at Trust Auto. As name describes, they are trust worthy auto dealers. After a put deposit on a car for my wife, she changed her mind. I just flipped as I had just spent a lot of money and Minn, my salesman said they will try to refund the money. Try scared me by behold the money was refunded. That is being as honest they can be. I just bought a 2020 Ford Transit from Trust Auto in Maryland, thanks to Vlad, it went well despite the fact that I live in Florida. Vlad was responsive, sent photos within minutes of the underside of the van, and we finalized the deal in under an hour. bought the extended high roof option, with turbo 3.5 Ecoboost engine. gets remarkably good mileage, handles well for a rolling billboard, but cross winds disturb it. installed rear antisway bar and improved stability. installed crew cab second row seats for family, used it as furniture hauler, scrap metal hauler, firewood hauler. Does everything well without complaints. May turn it into food truck later. Installed inverter and deep cell batteries beneath the floor for 110 volt power but have rarely used it so far.
