My experience w/Highland Park Lincoln has been quite satisfactory....expecially the Service Department. But, it is a thirty seven mile drive to get there.

An advisor of mine recommended Countryside Nissan as a reliable, trustworthy place to buy a car, and this was reflective of my own experience purchasing a car there. Chuck Ippolito is the salesperson I worked with and he was personable, professional and friendly. He consistently worked to make sure we had all the information we needed. I really love it. I like it more than I thought I would when I bought it. The basic vinyl driver's seat is very comfortable and the vehicle handles like a car. Good pick up, not sluggish at all. Good turning ratio. The side view mirrors with blind spot mirrors incorporated provide excellent coverage so that I have no worries when changing lanes. Since I don't have back window glass, I had a back up camera installed and it works great. Good gas mileage for a work van- about 16 miles per gallon when empty. No complaints. I like that I can use regular gas and there is no engine knock under load. I added running boards which is a tremendous benefit when getting things out from the van and also putting things in. The interior is spacious and there is plenty of room to pack in a lot of stuff. I did not add shelving but kept the entire space available for carrying around tools and materials for the jobs. At first I wasn't sure of the new design (2015) but have gotten used to it and I really like it now. The overall styling of the van is great and a pleasure to drive.

Good little van for maintenance work. Wont haul all my tools, but enough to get most jobs done, including a 5x10 trailer on the back with no issues.

Bought a brand new in 2019 Transit Connect, since then we only had to change the brakes and oil !!!! Love this van. Works fine for our company needs. The money that we saved on gas alone is priceless (27/28 MPG). I decided to write this now because this is the only Ford product that didn't disappoint us. Hopefully they start making this work horse again soon.

It was easy to schedule the maintenance, I actually waited for the service. It was done in about an hour, and now it drives like a new car. The service writer was very helpful!!

When I went to purchase a vehicle, they showed me what they had in the model & color I wanted. They had the largest selection of Lincoln Aviators which is why I went there.

Great option instead of a SUV. FWD is fine with good tires for traction and it has clearance comparable to a SUV. It isn't as expensive and has enough options to choose from. The mileage is around 26 @ 80 mph.

It was a fast and easy process. John Czec was very helpful and straight to the point. Overall, I had a good experience at this dealership.

It was a great experience. They took care of me ASAP and work was done on timely manner. The one thing needs to be addressed is when car is completed and you are waiting please call out the name or something. I sat there almost 1/2 hr to 40 minutes and realized my car was done and waiting outside.
