We called before going in to test drive a car and the person who helped us was Kent, when we test drove the car he showed us some other options and we absolutely fell in love with a car that he showed us! This is a great place to go if you're looking to buy a used vehicle. They have nice vehicles here. I bought a 2007 Chevrolet Silverado from here, and I have to say I was impressed. The vehicle was so clean and presentable it was like new. The service was outstanding, and I felt like the whole process of buying the vehicle and figuring out financing went quick.
When I first met Anthony it took us two minutes of talking to know he was the gentleman I was going to work with! He was very professional and knows how to build business relationships. I hope everyone around him is paying attention to what he is doing. It is NOT very often that you are able to work with someone of his callaber. Had a great used car buying experience. Went car shopping on a Saturday afternoon. First dealership was busy and was handed off to different people in the lobby but no one would help and asked to look at locked inventory alone. Looked for 30 minutes and left. Then I went to Bedrock. They were also very busy but the salesman came to help me and kept making sure I was doing well. Encouraged a test drive which I did. Loved the vehicle. They evaluated my vehicle for trade in while I test drove and gave me a price when I returned. I was able to discuss my trade in value to reach a fair price. I ran out of time to purchase but scheduled time with him for Monday giving me time Monday morning to get a loan from my bank. Very Happy!
We were greeted right away and able to test drive right away! The 3 people (Mark, Kevin, and Brad) that helped along the process were all willing to answer my questions, very patient, and didn???t make me feel rushed or like I was just another sale for them... Over all my experience was great with them! :)
