So far am very happy. The sun roof is the best. I love the leg room and heat and air work great. I have to say this is the prettiest car I have ever owned.

2015 Ford Fiesta review
I purchased my 2015 Ford fiesta SE about a month ago with 30,000 miles on it. It is a 5 speed manual transmission and have done some light maintenance to it like changed the oil, wiper blades and new tires. I purchased this car to use for commuting to and from work and everyday use. I was able to take it out on the open road over the weekend and was very surprised how well it performed going up steep hills and on the highway. It kept it's power up hills and I was easily able to maintain a 75 mph. Great on gas, fun to drive the only con that I have experienced this far is the limited back seat space. Overall a great little economical car for the price.

I really appreciate the way that Anita Ford handled my buying process. It was with such a great service. She didn?t leave any stones unturned. Even the finance department went above and beyond to make sure that I had what I needed when buying my truck. I just want to say thank you to each and everyone one who took the time out to make this happen for me.
2000 Ford Explorer review
used 1 owner 2000 explorer 4x4 small parts needed replacement or soldering chips on circuit board for upper dash, shift solenoids. easy to fix parts, some parts no longer being made but plenty of part out vehicles to choose from. if you work on your vehicles and want a budget friendly vehicle I'd recommend this one as it will work for all weather conditions and a good family rig.

Our rep Glenn Green and the excellent staff in the service department quickly handled our problem in an efficient and courteous way. It's our 3rd BMW with them and that's why we keep coming back.
2013 Ford Escape review
I've owned a fully loaded 2013 Ford Escape SEL and it's been an excellent vehicle, especially for work travel. Most of my driving has been on the interstate, where it consistently averages 28 to 30 MPG, making it surprisingly fuel efficient for an SUV. The SEL trim comes well equipped with plenty of comfort and convenience features, and the factory sound system is outstanding. It's a great vehicle for long highway trips. The fuel tank holds around 13 gallons, which, combined with the highway fuel economy, provides a solid driving range between fill ups. Overall, it's been dependable, comfortable, economical to own, and a great choice for anyone looking for a practical SUV with a premium feel.

Ed Napleton Acura KiaReviews
Ed Napleton Acura Kia review
Justin Hermansen delivered absolutely outstanding service during my oil change on May 11, 2026. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and genuinely caring. In a world where customer service often feels rushed or impersonal, Justin went above and beyond to make me feel valued and respected. His kindness, patience, and attention to detail created an experience that was far beyond what I expected from a routine service appointment. During one of the most horrific times in my life, as I am grieving the murder of my daughter, this experience gave me a true sense of care and compassion that I desperately needed. Justin’s empathy and professionalism left a lasting impact on me. Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can mean everything to someone carrying unimaginable pain, and that is exactly what this experience meant to me. Exceptional employees like Justin are rare. He represents the very best in customer service, and I cannot thank him enough for the compassion and outstanding care he showed me. I highly recommend Justin Hermansen to anyone seeking truly exceptional automotive service.
2013 Ford Edge review
Bought my 2013 edge limited in 2014 new. Have replaced the catilitic converter but no problems at all. Has 106k miles. Everything works perfectly. Thought about getting a new car but it runs so well. Get 21 mph average. Put Lucas gas treatment in both of my Fords and all well and good. Have 3.5 liter. It’s very fast when needed.

Napleton Mazda of Naperville review
I am so pleased to give this 3 people a 10 star experience. Starting with our very pleased salesman Tom Pazdan who made sure that we understood everything in details and overstayed for us till late night. Second thank you comes for Mark Bimel who made sure that we were treated very well and with his effort to make sure that the process was moving fast and smooth. Mark and Tom also worked together to finalize our buying process. Third we would like to thank Jen from finance for all her willingness to finally get us out quickly and very surprised approval. Me and my Mother were so welcomed and pleased on our car buying process by thinking definitely to recommend Napleton Mazda in Naperville to all our friends and family people. Thank you sooooo muchhhh.
2012 Ford Escape review
I owned a 2003, 2006, 2012 and all my Escapes were road warriors. Not one ever gave me any issues other than a coil needed on my 2006. My 2012 I hated to let go of and the good ones that are on the market block hold my interest except most of them with less than 100K in miles ask way too much. These trucks are such warriors that I have known owners of the 2012 that have put as much as 300K miles on the same truck, same motor with maintenance as required. When they changed the boxy style to the european style, Ford blew a good thing. They didn't have much choice and had to keep up with the competition. If you are looking for a good reliable used car for your College kid or just a 2nd car as a pleasure car, or even a first line car, this car is an excellent choice. Be sure to check the wheel wells and under carriage, specifically for rust or rot if you live in a climate that uses that poison to melt the icy and snowy roads. I give this truck a five star rating, hands down. .

2014 Ford Escape review
Purchased this car used in 2017 with 42k on it. Currently at 144k has the 2.0l and AWD. I’ve switched immediately to full synthetic, done coolant flushes, and changed all fluids. We have 2 Escapes now 14/16 both with 2.0 and AWD. Love them. We do the preventative maintenance. Hopefully we hit 300k. Most of my previous vehicles have done 266k and 400k.

Dealership experience was fine. I have a few suggestions to make it better. 1. Have the car I was scheduled to view washed before I arrive. Second suggestion is to have more gas in the car as I was only able to drive a few miles before I had to stop to get gas. Other than that the experience was fine, people nice, car pretty much as described.

2012 Ford Focus review
Bought new in 2012 with 2.0L 5 speed manual. This car has been exceptional in every way. Never quits! Never stalled! 272,000 miles, 4 spark plugs, original clutch, just normal Maintenance using FOMOCO recommended oil & filters every 5,000 miles (synthetic-blend). It still gets 35-36 commuting and 38-39 Hwy. Incredible little car! Sad I can’t buy a new one!

2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid review
i love this car. i bought mine private party in 2020 with 143k miles and all the bells and whistles. it’s got a comfortable, high tech interior, a good looking front end, and excellent gas mileage. i commute 80 miles a day in this thing i’m at 205k now and am starting to get some mechanical issues. i’m definitely fixing whatever the issue is. it will be cheaper and better than owing money on a newer car that’s not as fancy that i don’t already 💗 if you’re going to buy one of these, i recommend getting one with over 100k miles. this model year has some serious transmission issues causing some of them to fail at around 70k miles. if it’s made it significantly past 70k, it’s either a good one or it’s had the transmission replaced previously.

They are in the midst of expanding their car lot and do not have a structured building. They only have a mobile unit currently on the property so it's a bit disorganized right now. Sales personnel did not seem very friendly but they also aren't pushy which I liked. Most of the cars exteriors were really dirty from a dust storm that occurred a couple of weeks ago. They have a large inventory of vehicle choices.
2013 Ford Flex review
I bought a 2013 Limited with eco-boost a year ago and I love it. It has relatively low miles for the age and has more bells and whistles than any vehicle I've ever owned. I do find the AWD doesn't preform as well as other AWD vehicles I've had. Even with the same kind of all weather tires, I find it slides quite easily on winter roads when taking turns. The length of the vehicle could also be part of the issue. Regardless, I love her! The specs on it were an eye popping $58k when it was new, I'm glad to get it for much less and still enjoy the heated and a/c seats, backup camera, auto parking, and my favorite, the built in mini fridge and freezer between the middle row captions chairs! Ha ha ha what an awesome vehicle. Mid range gas milage has been ok. I've had to replace a couple parts that I suppose were just worn out from age, like the radiator hose. The panoramic roof gives it much needed light so it isn't a big dark box.

2013 Ford Focus review
In Aug 2016, purchased the 2013 Fucus Hatch SE used in 2016, with 13,000 miles on it. With 35-37mpg on average with mixed driving. Early on OK without issues. Around 40K miles the transmission electronic control modual, ECM, needed an adjustment. The transmission is a learning transmission. It will learn how you drive and adjust shift points as your driving habits are learned by the transmission. My wife's driving habits are put it in drive and GO! My habits are different. Every now and then I will drive her car and shift the transmission as a manual drive, since the transmission is a manual drive transmission which has been automated. The engine and transmission only makes a subtle gurgle noise when as the car shifts from 2nd to 1st as the car comes to a stop. The car is sporty to drive, sensitive steering, good braking. It reminds be of a less expensive VW Golf. Currently we have 140K miles and the only wear on the car that shows is a failure of the heat shield and since I am a mechanically inclined guy who putters around fixing what is broken, there is wear on the clutches in the transmission, all due by my wife's driving habits of being a speedy driver. Since we already have it and its paid off, I will keep it. I will only purchase a Golf or Jetta when the transmission or electronic control module hiccups. I do realize the ECM has a recall if you're below 1450K miles.

Napleton Chevrolet St. Charles review
I worked with Rocky and had an amazing experience. This was my first car purchase from a dealership of any sort so I was very nervous, but he was incredibly kind and helpful and explained everything I had questions on. He was very thorough and I felt super satisfied when I walked off the lot with my car. Cannot thank him enough! Same with Matt the financial adviser there, he was also incredibly thorough and kind and explained anything I had questions on! I highly recommend this dealership and these guys! They were amazing! :D

I had an amazing experience at this Toyota dealership! From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly and professional. A big shoutout to Luis Varela who helped me find the perfect car. He was knowledgeable, patient, and really listened to what I was looking for. Thanks to Luis, I drove away in a great car that fits my needs and budget perfectly. I highly recommend this dealership—and be sure to ask for Luis!

Zone Motors review
I found the car I was looking for online at Zone Motors and dealt with the general manager Ray. He was very responsive to my questions and provide all documentation quickly. He assisted with my online car purchasing experience. He was accommodating to my selected auto appraiser who inspected the car and was very honest and up-front on the condition and state of the car. We reached a fair price and he assisted with completing the sale quickly. There was no pressure or issue with getting Ray on the phone or email requests. After the sale he was very responsive to questions and assistance with the shipping and paper work process. This was one of the best car buying experiences I have had in over 25 years and 5 vehicles.

Really happy with the experience and would happily recommend Mo and Azeem to anyone looking for a car. Thanks again.
2013 Ford Flex review
The Flex is an amazing mid-size SUV, wagon or van depending on who you ask. While it may not get the best MPG, the vehicle is responsive, quick (even on the non-ecoboost) and fun to drive. The styling is definitely it's strong suit, both in being unique inside and out but by also being very practical. Everything is setup in a very natural way, if you use select-shift it's very easy to work with and for two people above 6 feet there's plenty of room in front two row seating. My biggest concern for any potential buyers is the value. I would absolutely recommend a Flex to anyone due to it being very safe and fun but if you want it with more capability or with more features the vehicle can easily get into the higher $20k's and into the $30k's. I definitely recommend the EcoBoost, at the cost of a couple MPG it becomes a very sporty vehicle, but it's only an option on higher trims. 2013 got the updated front-end but I recommend newer years with a newer Sync system that'll support Android Auto/Apple CarPlay. Last thing is to watch out for is EcoBoosts with bad service records and Flex's without their water pump replaced at some point. Both are known to go bad if a previous owner didn't keep up with maintenance.

2015 Ford Fusion review
I've loved the car. 2015 Ford Fusion SE Ecoboost. @ high 76000 miles the transmission is bumping in reverse and slipping some in forward gear. Now bumping in forward gear also. Purchased with just under 5000 miles.

2013 Ford Explorer review
10 years since we bought this vehicle used. It has been awesome, over 110K on the clock; minor problems only. Biggest problems are with brake corrosion caused by very salty roads here. undercarriage corrosion is starting to take its toll. But the vehicle is still good enough we are hesitating to upgrade. Some minor, weird but occasional , electric glitches, mostly self locking. But then, the lack of electronics relative to newer models is a big plus to us. We have now owned this vehicle longer than any other we have ever had. interior issues are with the glove box hinge (plastic and breaks if you are not careful), and elbow rests cracking.

2008 Ford Fusion review
Bought my 2008 SEL used with 175K miles on it. Still driving just fine with 308K on it. I change the oil every 3K and have only had routine maintenance done to it. No major problems. The only other cars I've had that were this good and long lasting were my 1989&1990 Oldmobile 88 Royale & Regency (getting over 380K miles on both)!
