I don't know if johnny is his real name but the Bentonville salesman made the car buying experience friendly and easy. It took some time to see what I was qualified for but "johnny" made sure my family and I was taken care of. He gave great feedback on the vehicles plus made sure I understood. Thanks again I love my new Kia with low mileage.

It's not too often that I brag on a dealer, much less their service department, but I'm going to the trouble to now. The people there have worked hard to earn my trust by not just charging me the most they can but instead, they actively work to save me dollars. I respect that and will be giving them my business in the future.
I recently needed to get a new car, I decided to look at Hyundai and see if I could find something that would work good for me. During my time working with Crain Hyundai, Bryan Huddleston answered any and all of my questions (which were a lot!), explained all the details proficiently and honestly, and put me in a car I absolutely love. It was a pleasure working with Bryan and Crain Hyundai of Fayetteville.
I purchased a used vehicle from almost 200 miles away. Both Blake, the salesperson and Clayton, the manager who did my paperwork, were great. Blake answered all of my questions promptly and in a really straight-forward manner that made me feel very confident. He sent me pictures and every bit of information regarding the condition and history of the vehicle that I requested. They delivered the car to me and I purchased it and signed the paperwork without ever leaving home. The car itself was just as described and the follow-through has been great. I was looking to buy a new little car for myself and daughter, and I had no experience in this. I went to Superior in Siloam Springs, and was greeted by a nice young man, who's name is Chris Adair. He was very friendly and helpful in showing me cars and helping to pick out my little Ford Fiesta. (which my daughter and friends say is Groovy!!) My experience was very good, not really knowing anything about buying a new car. They walked me threw the process each step of the way. Could not have ask for a nicer experience.
