I bought a used vehicle with no warranty.I had to purchase extended warranty.I. let the salesman know where I wanted the payment to be he came back with a offer higher than I wanted I told him I couldn't do that he got cocky with me so I walked out.I was on my way home when he called with an offer that I needed which was made by his boss.So if it wasn't for his boss getting involved I would of went somewhere else to get a truck.
I was interested in a car they had online and emailed them a few times for an estimate on the vehicle taking my trade into consideration. Gave them mileage, VIN #, etc but never heard back. Then they emailed me asking if I'm still shopping. I said yes here is the car I'm interested in gave them my trade info again but no response.

I got my Ford Fusion back in Oct 2015 and it was the best experience! I had Todd Seitz as my sales man. He is awesome! I told him what I wanted in the specs for my Fusion. They did not have it so he went and found it for me and got it sent from Detroit to Sidney, so I could purchase the vehicle I wanted. I would highly recommend not only Buckeye Ford but Todd Seitz to anyone interested in purchasing a new vehicle! Since the purchase the customer service has not ended. They call, send letters and email to check in, and make sure that I am still satisfied with my vehicle, my purchase and my service. Thank you! I will definitely be back!!
I had been looking for a pick up truck for awhile. I looked at Buckeye Ford website and seen a used truck I liked. I went there and met with Todd Seitz and he was very helpful. I bought the truck and was very satisfied with the whole experience.

I come to buckeye Ford when I want a new car. My family also gets there vehicles there too. Such a great place and very good service. Todd Seitz is a very good salesman. He's sold me my last few cars. Very professional at what he does. I definitely go to him when I'm in need of a new car. Everybody I've talked to there are very friendly. Just want to give some credit where credit is due. We had our ford escape to two local ford dealers to repair a hesitation after shifting and starting lower rpm's. it was to the point of feeling like it might stall and the tachometer was jumping.
The first two dealers each had the car for over two weeks each trying to diagnose the problem. One replaced parts not needed $1500. The other finally diagnosed the entire transmission needing replaced at $5200. When I told them to put it back together and we would pick it up my wife picked it up and drove it 500 feet off the lot and the drive shaft broke. They tried to tell me they didn't touch the drive shaft when in fact the checked the rear differential the other dealership changed.
After calling Ford Motor company and getting no satisfaction we decided to get the drive shaft fixed at Wapak Ford so we could sell it as is or continue to drive it with the problem. The drive shaft had a bracket that was not put back on previously by another dealer and could have easily contributed to breaking.
Since they were fixing the drive shaft I asked them to drive it the next morning and see what they felt the hesitation could be. They called me immediately after driving it and told me it was the torque converter and asked how long we had drove it with this condition. Due to the lack of previous diagnosis we had put quite a few miles on it in this condition so naturally we were worried about transmission damage.
I researched their diagnosis online and it showed others with the same issues so it seemed like a good diagnosis. I had them repair it and nothing else as we didn't want to sink any more money in the car the concern couldn't be repaired.
Low and behold after months of dealing with this issue I picked the car up and it runs like a champ! Thank you to Wapak Ford for saving our beloved Ford Escape. You are now our new service headquarters for our Escape! Anyone else having concerns might want to make the short trip to Wapak!
i called Dave Knapp Ford looking for a good used car. my salespersons name was Jason Cox. he is an outstanding person with a huge personality. Along with Rodney Fisher (finance manager) and Jeanine Bussard ( customer service) i received outstanding care. the team was able to get me into my 2012 Ford Focus without delay or any issues on a set budget. I cannot thank Jason,Rodney and Jeanine enough. To add to this ,i drove 80 miles from my home just to buy from this dealership. Highly recommend you pay these people a visit. Just ask for Jason Cox.
We love our new edge, I will return to buy a truck here when it's time,polite people to work with there was no pressure to buy and we were not swarmed as soon as we pulled in they let us look for awhile which is nice
