Titus-Will Chevrolet GMC Cadillac - OlympiaReviews
Titus-Will Chevrolet GMC Cadillac - Olympia review
I recently purchased a vehicle from Titus-Will Chevrolet Cadillac, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the entire experience. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to my salesman, Mario Reyna, who has now successfully helped me acquire two vehicles. Mario is an exceptional professional who genuinely understands his customers' unique needs and preferences. After deciding to downsize from our larger SUV to a more environmentally friendly option, we turned to Mario for assistance. We specifically sought a vehicle that offered both ample space and electric capabilities, and he expertly guided us through our options. After listening to our requirements, Mario recommended the Chevy EV Blazer, and it has proven to be an outstanding choice. My wife is absolutely thrilled with it and enjoys every aspect of driving the car, from its smooth handling to its impressive efficiency. What truly sets Mario apart is his commitment to customer satisfaction. He took the time to thoroughly research our needs, providing us with detailed information about various models and their features, which helped us make an informed decision. His dedication and keen attention to detail are truly commendable. I highly recommend that anyone in the market for a new vehicle visit Mario at Titus-Will Chevrolet Cadillac. His expertise and genuine care for his clients ensure that you will not be disappointed in your car-buying journey. Thank you, Mario, and the entire team at Titus-Will Chevrolet Cadillac, for making our car-buying experience so positive, enjoyable, and memorable. Your outstanding service has made a significant impact on our lives.
2019 Ford Transit Connect review
My biggest peeve is the tailgate isn’t powered. Ordered the top of the line mr Model sight unseen because my dealership didn’t carry them. I wanted all the bells and whistles. Powered lift gate isn’t an option. It is painful to my injured spine to lift it and manually move the rear seats. The grandkids love the 3rd seat and I love the storage space behind it. I have made a Sam’s run for the month and able to pack everything behind the 3rd seat. The inside is great for human comfort but not for shopping or I should say storing packages. To be honest, my front seats are ALL THE WAY back. I have plenty of room and that’s a lot. I don’t like being close to the steering wheel in case of an accident. I wish the slots for charging my devices weren’t so close to the driver’s cup holder. It’s too easy for liquids to Spill in them. The only other item I wish was different is I miss a hard copy manual. There are options I still don’t know how to use. My GPS is not updated because of that. I like the van. My grandkids and dogs like it. Tomorrow I will get up, remove the two blankets I have protecting them floors and spend hours vacuuming the dog hair out the fabric on the back of the seats and floors. I have leather seats but there’s still Too much surface that holds onto my Husky’s and Belgian Shepherd’s ‘Glitter’. I do have to double check my doors are locked when I leave them in the car with the AC running. I have to use the remote because the double tap of the horn alert is deceiving. It doesn’t mean the door is locked. I do appreciate how easy it is to unlock the car without having the remote in my hand. All in all, it served the reasons I purchased it. I do wish I had paid the extra money for the Sprinter. But it would not have fit in my garage nor my budget.

Titus-Will FordReviews
Titus-Will Ford review
I had a great car buying experience from Titus Will ford, and especially with my salesperson, Damon. I reached out with my required and optional specifications and Damon helped me find a truck that checked all of the boxes. They accepted my well used trade in and helped with that process, ensuring that I didn't mistakenly leave any of my belonging in the vehicle. Damon went above and beyond in helping me get my thule box off of the roof and its contents packed away in bags. Finally, I had a few last minute requests that Damon was able to have installed in the car the day after I took possession. The vehicle that I wanted was less common, but Damon and Titus Will were able to procure one within a day or two. I love my purchase and I couldn't be more pleased with my car buying experience. I recommend Titus Will Ford. Ask for Damon!

Kurtis and the entire staff at Liberty Bay Auto were very professional and helped us buy the perfect car. The service was wonderful - far above what I would normally expect. Even after the sale was complete, Kurtis went out of his way to do everything to make us happy. It's the 3rd car we've purchased there and each experience has been great.

Liberty Bay Auto review
I have purchased two cars from Liberty Bay, having traded the first in on the second. The sales and finance people were helpful and professional in both cases. These are the first used cars I’ve purchased in forty years, but I feel confident in their quality and the service plans offered by Liberty Bay. I would definitely recommend Liberty Bay Auto to any friend who was considering purchasing a used vehicle.

Honda of KirklandReviews
Honda of Kirkland review
I drove into the service area this morning without an appointment and was greeted by Cam. He was friendly and asked what I needed. Then Quinn arrived to ask what I needed and I explained that the CarPlay disappeared and I needed help getting it back. Right away he took charge and got it connected. Then I explained another problem about my voice prompt not working and then Rich Kim appeared to ask if he could help. So I had two people on the scene( and in my car) to go through what seemed to be a complicated process to reset my system. I wish I knew what they did, all I can say is they stepped up and rescued me. Rich had a lot of knowledge and even though I was worried to start resetting everything, he came through and got everything working. This most important aspect of this experience is the immediate help with my problem. Tech is obviously not in my wheel-house, having such smart and helpful Honda Kirkland staff is amazing. Rich and Quinn never hesitated, gave heavy sighs, or gave a hint of inconvenience in taking care of my situation. Every visit for my scheduled maintenance has been pleasant and I will sing the praises of Rich Kim and Quinn at every opportunity. Thank you.

2019 Ford Transit Connect review
We really like the transit, we didn't want too many bells and whistles and the XLT offered all that we needed. Keeps the price down a little and we really like the styling. Lots of head room. Back seats look a little stiff for long trips but we haven't tried them yet. Like the styling and we are looking for some aftermarket wheels to make it unique.
