Varsity Lincoln review
We had an outstanding experience working with Sam Jamoua at Varsity Lincoln! From the moment we walked in, Sam was kind, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great experience. He even stayed late to accommodate our schedule, which we truly appreciated. He made the entire car-buying process smooth, stress-free, and easy from start to finish. Sam was patient with all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and made sure we were comfortable every step of the way. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their customers and goes above and beyond, we highly recommend asking for Sam. Thank you for making what can often be a stressful experience such a positive one!

My wife and myself came to this dealership for the second time in 5 years to purchase another vehicle. On December 30,2025 , we came here without an appointment to see Frank Tucci. To my surprise, he had a deal for us and a warranty advisor for us the next day. We purchased our car the next day. Smiles everywhere. We never considered going any place else. I got a good deal !!

Serra Ford Farmington HillsReviews
Serra Ford Farmington Hills review
????? I had an absolutely outstanding experience at Serra Ford, and I can't say enough great things about my sales guy Will and the entire team there. I came in on a Saturday morning knowing exactly what I wanted in an F-150, and Will made it his mission to check every single box. He listened, he delivered, and he never made me feel rushed or pressured. Finding the right truck with all my specific requirements could have easily turned into a stressful, multi-week ordeal ? but Will made it feel effortless. What really blew me away was how smoothly everything came together. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove off the lot, the entire process ? test drive, negotiation, financing, and delivery ? was handled all in one Saturday morning. That kind of efficiency is rare in any industry, let alone car buying. The finance team was just as impressive ? quick, transparent, and no surprises. Everything was clearly explained and handled with professionalism. If you're in the market for a Ford and want a buying experience that's actually enjoyable, ask for Will at Serra Ford. He and his team have set the gold standard for what car buying should feel like. I drove away in my dream F-150 with a huge smile on my face, and I'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend! ??

Car Dome Auto Sales review
Salesman Zack worked well with me on a 2021 Toyota Tundra. I told him what I could do and he, Drew, the sales manager, and AJ in finance made it happen. Got a slamming deal on a great truck with a good rate. Everything was fairly quick and easy. Would definitely recommend giving them a call. A ton of inventory rolls through. A lot of Hemis for the Mopar fans.

I would highly recommend this dealership! I worked with Vlad who was extremely professional and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. This kid knows his cars… The paperwork process was very quick also, I was in and out in less than two hours which was helpful being I had a 4 hour drive home. All their vehicles I looked at well waiting were incredibly clean! Josh the owner was a really nice guy too and Adam will make sure that you get the vehicle you want by getting you approved. If you’re in the market to buy this is the place to do it.

One of the best experiences I have ever had. From the initial call speaking to the representative Jordan, boarding a flight out of JFK Airport, being picked up by Jordan at Rochester Airport, Transporting us to the dealership in Avon, all paper work ready to sign. Everyone at the dealership were friendly, courteous, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!! Michael M.
