Victor Ou was very straight forward about what could be done. The process was very quick compared to other new vehicle purchases at other dealerships. The GM Jin Lee went above and beyond to get me in the 2022 TLX Type S Performance. Alina in finance was also very quick and efficient with the documents.
2016 Lexus RX 450h review
I love everything about this car. It handles great. The layout of the dash is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. The hatch back is great for golf clubs, hiking gear and biking gear. There is plenty of room for anything.

Mark Kia review
CHRIS and marcio were incredible. Their service is beyond beyond even though I didn’t buy the car. It was not because of anything they did, it’s just when I factored in the transportation to the northeast it just didn’t make any sense if I lived within 500 miles of them I would buy from them all the time they are the best of the best whoever trained them also should be commended Joe ct Former new car dealer for 50 years

Car is great on gas mileage and comfort, just doesn’t have the get up and go needed to get to speed going onto highways and freeways.

Audi North ScottsdaleReviews
Audi North Scottsdale review
just now I literally can’t put it all in the review, but I’ll summarize with, “This was the first time I had a pleasurable experience at a dealership” Nelson was the salesperson I worked with, but I think they all operate on a professional level. I’d recommend the place to anyone, but I am most impressed by how fast they found me the car I wanted and helped me decide based on all the options I had. I even got some education in the Certification process for an Audi Pre-Owned. I’ll be back to pick up a gently used A4 Allroad once someone is kind enough to trade one in!

AutoNation Nissan ChandlerReviews
AutoNation Nissan Chandler review
I was elated with my experience, until I had a problem. When I got home and started to learn about my new used car I discovered I was given a broken key fob that does not have the mechanical key used in the event of an emergency/safety issue. I texted my salesman who said he would check in it. Several days later I had not heard anything. Contacted my sales person again and he admitted he forgot and sent me to the GM. I emailed the GM twice and never heard back. I contacted customer relations and explain. They said they would get back to me in 24 to 48 hours. It's now several days later and nothing. I was hoping they would handle the situation so I didn't have to put it in the review. The sales part was good, the followup in nil.

2024 Jeep Wagoneer review
I love my new Wagoneer Series II in white with sea salt interior. It has a big punch from the twin turbos, the ride is like my Cadillac Deville. It raises and lowers it's own height based on speed and road conditions. My only complaint is that the seams on the trim at the two back windows don't seem to be sealed properly so the water after washing it continues to drip down leaving a calcium line down the vehicle. I'd would also love it if you could add more apps to the infotainment center. Overall I'd buy it again. I've had two Gukon XL Denalis and the amenities on the Wagoneer at a lower price point far surpasses the GM vehicles.

Just completed the most painless new car purchase I have ever had! I connected with David Reznick by email, I gave him the stock # of the vehicle I was interested in, we met at 4 & he had the car cleaned up & ready to test drive. No high pressure sales, we just talked about my needs & expectations. He then introduced me to the finance manager Justin Shannon, again, no high pressure just real conversation. I soon walked out with a new car & was very happy with it! Overall, the total process took 2 hours!!! I chose to add a few accessories to my new car, Jeremiah in service helped me out with that, made it really easy & kept me posted on the progress until the car was finished. I couldn't be more happy with my experience here!!!

Peoria Ford review
I would like to add comments regarding the pleasant experience I had that involved Beverly Woodhull I purchased a new f350 ( which is bad xxx ) and missed tv giveaway by 10 days. I asked Beverly if it were possible to be part of the give away Without hesitation Beverly said she would ask the owner and get back to me. The owner was out of town for the holiday The first chance she was able to discuss my request she did and followed up immediately. The owner said yes and thanks to Beverly I was awarded a new tv as part of their thanksgiving giveaway. I cannot say thanks enough to Peoria ford , their owner and most importantly Beverly . This woman went out of her way to help and really owed me nothing since I was not entitled to participate. Peoria ford genuinely cares about their customer’s satisfaction. Thank you to all that made this happen , especially Beverly ! Sincerely Jack Vanden Bossche
2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

2026 Buick Encore GX review
My husband and I are old. We wanted to get a smaller vehicle and the Encore GX fit the bill. It is roomy, has cool electronics, and great gas mileage. If there is a negative, the GX part made our insurance go up. But the insurance industry sucks so they would have raised our rates no matter what car we purchased and we have never had an accident. The agent we talked to advised us to take safe drivers tests. My husband was in law enforcement for thirty years so he has had plenty of safe driving. Our son is 6’3” 225 and had plenty of room in this car. Y’all need to test drive one of these cars, y’all will love it! really like this Encore GX

2024 Nissan Altima review
Great mileage and very nice interior. Lotsa stuff but sadly only drivers window is auto. Wheels are terrible. They look great but very hard to clean. Good trunk space and nice seats. Having problems with backup camera it looks very foggy. Had it back to dealer twice, no luck. No CD player.. big downgrade.

AutoNation USA ChandlerReviews
AutoNation USA Chandler review
I have nothing but praise for this amazing team! I went in with a 2008 vehicle that I was upside down on, not enough money for the down payment, and a credit score that was far from perfect. I truly didn’t think getting a newer vehicle would be possible. But they made it happen! I drove away in an AMAZING 2021 SUV! 🚙❤️ What touched me the most was how I was treated. Not once did they make me feel less than anyone else because of my credit or financial situation. They treated me like a five-star customer—honestly, they made me feel like a millionaire! The respect, kindness, patience, and genuine effort they showed me were unbelievable. A very special thank you to Husam (Sam) Aoufe, my amazing salesperson, and Tracy Brown, the Sales Manager who MADE IT HAPPEN! These two went above and beyond for me and turned what I thought was an impossible situation into one of the happiest days I’ve had in a long time. I walked in worried and uncertain, and I drove away in a beautiful 2021 SUV feeling like a million bucks! ❤️ Thank you, Sam. Thank you, Tracy. I will never forget how you treated me. You have a customer and a fan for life! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This dealership doesn’t negotiate price. I randomly walked in one day and Michel helped me out, he sent me different car options over a few days and ultimately helped me purchase a great car. It was a quick and easy process which I appreciated and also a no pressure environment which was nice.
2022 Rivian R1T review
The 14.5" clearance in the truck gives me ability to drive over the snow berm that the snow plow piles on the roadside that blocks my driveway. The all wheel power and computer control gives the vehicle ability to get in and out of my residence and to the store. The EV feature allows me to use my free elect power from my solar panels to charge my truck year round and avoid thousands of dollars for gas. The service centers just over 100 miles away are great inspite of the distance. The warranty coverage has been as it should be. The driveability is tops and the cameras spoil me because my wifes car does not have them like the Rivian does.

2025 Chevrolet Trax review
I change cars every three years. Mt wife has a 2024 LS and every time i had to drive it i was amazed at what a great car this is. Anyway, i got into an accident and had to replace m car. Having researched just about everything out there when i bought her car i just bought a 2025 Trax Activ. I really love this car. It is really the perfect vehicle. It handles really well, it’s very comfortable, gas consumption is amazing. I only use top tier gas. I had to wait for the dealer to find one without a sun roof. The gps is flawless. I can find nothing about this car that I dislike. I wish it had a trunk release but not a major issue, you really should drive it as you will understand the feel of the operation. As far as the engine, i don’t understand the negative comments. It has ample power. It isn’t a hot rod but i have never had a problem with it feeling underpowered. I do mostly highway driving, set at 69-70 and never any hesitation, oh, the adaptable cruise control is a must have. It takes so much of the stress of highway driving away. I could go on bit i simply say TEST DRIVE ONE. You wil fully appreciate what surrounds you. It’s the only way to understand what GM did.

Audi Arrowhead review
Josh in the Service Department at Arrowhead Audi did an outstanding job to ensure the best possible outcome in the repair of my Audi. He was very professional and his timely response to ensure I was always informed of the progress of the repairs was greatly appreciated. He clearly outlined the repairs that were necessary and respectfully addressed all of my concerns. Kudos to Josh for a job well done and for being a responsible point of contact in the process. I appreciate his due diligence.
2025 Audi A5 review
Audi is great. My 4th. There is a problem with the on-board computer. There's supposed to be an update to fix it, but hasn't happened as of yet. It becomes annoying, and one time had to have service department reboot to make it functional. Still have occasional issues.

Such good people here that help out willingly. Every time they have solved my issues in a timely manner. My tire pressure sensor lit up three miles after a tire rotation. I took the car back the next day and they repaired it with no fee. Awesome service. I feel welcome and taken care of.
