I have been an Ed Voyles customer for years and take my car to the service department for all of my services so that only certified Hyundai technicians with extensive knowledge do the work. I have had a pretty good experience for the time I have been coming but this last visit warranted a review, which is the first one I have left, to explain how overly satisfied and pleased I am. I was having some issues with my vehicle that I wanted to get looked at to see if they were repairs that needed to be done, after I expressed my concerns to Drew he immediately made me feel at ease and informed about the services and repairs needed to resolve all of my concerns. He gave me several options with cost effective options and at no point did I feel like I was being pushed or taken advantage of. He kept me informed via text message and called me when they had other recommendations. My questions were answered in great detail to where I had no concerns about work being done nor did I feel lost about items being taken care of. He was so friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable that I will be using him from now on and also informed my parents about him so they can use him for their Santa Fe. I have been taking our company Ford Transit (2023) to this dealership for 2.5 + years. When we purchased the vehicle, we got the 125K maintenance warranty so I have been in the service dept every 6-7K miles for routine maintenance and oil changes. We have almost right at 100K miles on our delivery van rn. So you can see, alot of visits. I have seen at least 6-7 different service advisors and to be very honest, for the last 2 visits, I have found what I would consider to be their best, Dave Reveron. He treats you with the dignity and respect you should ALWAYS receive and is extremely professional, caring and knowledgeable. He actually listens to what you have to say. How refreshing. 2024 Genesis GV80 review
I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

2024 Genesis GV80 review
