Very good communication and follow up. They were professional and friendly. The car I wanted sold before I could arrive, but my initial interactions with them was positive.
2025 Genesis GV70 review
A confirmed luxury small SUV with fit and finish of a German vehicle. Ergonomics as the driver is spot on. The menu can be just a bit confusing but you acclimate quickly. Steering and nimbleness is very good for an SUV. The 2.5 T was not my first choice but it is actually responsive and perky. If I could only get used to the squeal of a 4 cylinder. Interior is luxurious but advanced package is a must. Opt for the 6 cylinder if you can but it is not a game changer.

Their online presence was good. Their response to my inquiry was pretty quick. I thought we had a deal until additional fees and sales taxes (I was an out of state buyer) could not be explained to my satisfaction. There was a difference between what my county here in Colorado was stating should be charged and what the dealer’s software was calculating: approximately $2000. While they were attempting to get adequate explanations, another buyer came forward, car was sold, they advised. So I went on. They re-contacted me as their buyer could not get financed. So we restarted. I asked for a video of the vehicle. The sales person advised he was not going to do the video because the Sequoia was sold. I advised I had been told the deal blew up. He wasn’t going to video until he knew. We agreed to disagree. I moved on with my search, ultimately purchasing a 2021 Night Shade Limited with 27k miles recently.

Woody was our Salesman.I would recommend him highly. He listened and answered every question we had. He worked hard to get us to the point of purchasing our vehicle. He took his time and most of all respectful and patient with all our concerns. Also, Frank the floor manager was helpful as well.
2023 Genesis GV70 review
I have now owned and driven my 2023 GV70 3.5T Sport for 3-1/2 years. My previous cars included 3 Audi Q5’s, a Mercedes GLE and GLS. I can honestly say my GV70 is my favorite by far. While I initially loved the Q5’s, my third, a 2023, was such a disappointment I kept it for only 450 miles before trading it for a then-new GV70. Yes, that as a financial catastrophe, but it turned out to be a great decision. I have since been rewarded with over 3 years of pleasurable and trouble-free driving. (My vehicle has been the subject of one recall, but mine was not an affected car). Has my dealer service experience been good? YES! (Perhaps I’m fortunate to have a great Bay Area dealer). Would I buy another? YES! In fact, I just purchased a brand new G90!

2023 Genesis GV70 review
So far a wonderful car. Far better ride than my wife's Lexus NX 200t, or my former Cadillac SRX or Jaguar XF. Interior styling is a big win and the best among competitors at this size and price. Exterior styling is a little too 'blingy' for my style but is otherwise fine. Living in Arizona, air conditioning is most important and this car has a wonderful A/C system! So cold that I have to turn down the fan speed after a couple of minutes. And the Lexicon audio system is superb! Another reviewer commented on the touch screen being too far away from the driver, and while that might be right, you can control everything from the steering wheel or control knob right next to the center console. 300 HP from the base engine is more than enough, but if you want to really move there is always the bigger engine available. Overall a wonderful car!

I have had this vehicle less than a week, 250 miles driven. The navigation settings have been difficult and the screen setup still needs work. The custom seat setting feature was amazing. The seats are very comfortable. It is a nice driving vehicle.

Great car. It has too many amenities to mention. The only downside is the dealership is not prepared with a good service department, so we were mandated to seek another. The car is great around town and also on the Highway. This is our 4th Genesis, so that should say it all.

This car is very comfortable. The interior is beautiful. It has good pick up speed when entering on the highway. We've had other luxury cars but this one is by far more comfortable. There's a lot of technology with this car and it takes a lot of time to go over it. This is definitely a vehicle we would get again.

Jaguar Land Rover Sarasota review
A lot of the times, the car purchasing process can be dreadful. I am more than grateful to say this time was not one of those! I called before heading over to make sure the car I was interested in was still available. I had the pleasure of speaking with BiBi (Bibiana), who conformed it was, and was able to answer a few questions due to me being cautious. The purchasing process was very smooth, mainly because of BiBi's honesty and transparency. Bibi took my offer over to Shaun who was just as awesome. He wasted no time getting it approved, and most importantly didn't try to sneak any extra charges in. Once the deal was approved, I was directed to Shannon's office in finance, to finalize everything. She was just as polite and curious, and had me out in my new (preowned) vehicle without delay. I mostly appreciate the honesty and transparency of all the staff there. I will gladly give this deanship future business.

I’ve had a GLE and an Audi Q7 and this has truly been the only car I’ve bought and loved the longer I had it. The design to the technology is beyond what I was offered elsewhere at this price point.

Audi SarasotaReviews
Audi Sarasota review
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Tom at Audi Sarasota! Over the weekend, I was visiting my dad in Tampa when I came across a Mustang GT online that matched the specs of one I had been searching for back home in Texas. I reached out to Audi Sarasota and had the pleasure of speaking with Tom, who invited my dad and me to come down and take a look at the Mustang. From beginning to end, the entire experience was seamless, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable. There were no surprise dealer add ons or last minute games. The advertised price was the price you paid, plus the normal dealer documentation fee and taxes. That alone was refreshing! Even better, the Mustang was exactly as described online and on Cars.com. The car was mint, clearly well cared for, and there were no unpleasant surprises when we arrived. When it came time for financing, Jake was also amazing to work with. He was extremely transparent throughout the process, helped us secure financing, and handled the additional details needed to register the vehicle out of state in Texas. Everything was explained clearly, and I never felt pressured. Tom went above and beyond even after the sale. Since I needed the Mustang shipped from Florida to Texas, he helped coordinate the transportation and continually checked in to make sure the pickup was scheduled correctly. Once the vehicle was loaded, Tom even sent me pictures of the Mustang and the transport truck and kept me updated throughout the process. That level of communication and follow through made buying a vehicle from another state incredibly easy. What really stood out was how personable everyone was. Tom, Jake and James at Audi Sarasota even gave my dad and I some restaurant recommendations while we were in the area! It felt much more like dealing with people who genuinely wanted us to have a great experience than simply completing another car sale. This was easily one of the most pleasurable vehicle purchases I've had. If you're looking for a vehicle at Audi Sarasota, ask for Tom. Between his communication, transparency, attention to detail, and willingness to help before, during, and after the sale, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tom, Jake, James, and the entire Audi Sarasota team! Highly recommended.

2025 Genesis GV70 review
Bought my GV70 with 2000 miles on it and it was no different than a new one. I love it very much for my first high end SUV. I'm still learning all the stuff inside but it makes it more exciting to learn. It is just as quick as the 3.5 and the power is great for me with the 2.5 turbo engine with 300HP is enough for me. Very cool looking too. I'm going to say that the Milford Genesis dealership has been great 👍 Evan is always polite and very professional and he always has a smile when he greets me.

Besides being friendly, professional and knowledgeable, she was able to give me all the information I was searching on the Vehicle that I’m about to purchase. I have to tell you without Sofia being in there. I don’t think I would’ve made the purchase She’s a great asset to Fort Myers Mazda dealership. If I could I would take her to my company … Her personality is just perfect for this line of work thank you Sofia for all your help

Volvo Cars Fort Myers review
On August 03, 2025 I submitted an email inquiry to Volvo Cars Fort Myers as to the availability of a 2025 XC40 with 5912 miles listed for sale. I received an immediately response via email by Sales Representative "Arley Ricardo" who was warm, engaging and displayed subject matter expertise relative to the vehicle in question and dealership. Arley was organized in his demeanor during our entire interaction and routinely conveyed transparency regarding pricing and financing options. After a few days of effective back and forth communication we reached a purchase agreement on August 06, 2025. During the entire process, Arley and the staff of "Volvo Cars Fort Myers" provided "Superior Customer Service," cemented with courtesy, professionalism and respect: An experience that certainly merits a, ******** 5 STAR RATING *********
