Wife was interested in 2026 Acadia, I was put in contact with Salesman Dwight that made the whole process very simple. Kept us updated via text and made the trade in process painless. Went to the dealership on a Saturday to see the vehicle and completed the buying process Wednesday due to our scheduling. Whole process was smooth and easy. Highly recommended Star for your next vehicle.

Its a decent car, but on a car frame. I had a GMC Envoy a truck frame SUV and it was so much nicer to sit higher than the sedans and baby SUVs on the road. Doe have nice accelerations and mileage tho.

Great experience! Our sales rep Michael V. was incredible and made the process of purchasing a car as easy as possible! He also followed up to ensure if we had any questions or issues after purchasing vehicle. Finance department, Rich, was great, explained the all the paperwork and I never felt pushed into purchasing any extra add ons. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Faulkner INFINITI of Willow GroveReviews
Faulkner INFINITI of Willow Grove review
5 ??Experience from start to finish. I wasn?t even sure if I wanted to trade my 2017 QX 50 in. It was the BEST car I ever owned. But the decision was based on newer safety features. Our Salesman Zach thoroughly pointed out all the best features and continued to promptly answer more questions I had day or night until it was clear to me this was a good decision. A few more questions about Finance were answered by Chris in Finance and then we quickly were on our way after a smooth and easy purchase with another Zach in Finance who did our paperwork. This could not have been easier. They all made us feel like family was helping us through this. And we are enjoying a Newer Version of our Best loved infinite QX50 once again. Thanks to the A Team at Faulkner Willow Grove. ?

Love this Denali 2019 Acadia. Bought in 2018 with a large Houston Dealer Discount (22%). Replaced 1 Battery under Factory warranty and the common Park/Assist malfunction repaired under 3rd Party Warranty ($1200+) in 2023. Smooth ride, V-6 @ 24-26 mpg highway/16-17 mpg town driving. Thermostat only other repair/replacement.
