Springfield Ford Inc review
Had great customer service and Tom Devito was top notch. He went out his way to make us comfortable and did a great job explaining all the new features of the truck. Would have given the dealership a 5, but their online business needs some help because when the person who runs that is away, someone should be around to answer the emails. Almost lost me because they didn't respond to my online request from cars.com 3 times.

Excellent work. The assigned Service Manager, Gerry, took me within minutes of my assigned appointment. The work was completed within an hour. JBA Service Department knows their vehicles and have my complete faith.
2023 GMC Acadia review
I have owned my Acadia just under one year. It is quiet, stylish, has an easy and very effective infotainment system, owns five star safety and shows every indication of being as reliable as the Yukon I owned for 20 years. This Suv will go to 60 mph in about 6.0 seconds flat. It has 20 inch wheels and tires and will turn better and stop faster than most every Suv. I have front and rear heated seats, cooled seats, a sunroof, memory settings and this is only an SLT. My gas mileage routinely exceeds EPA (with AWD). Driving from Milwaukee to Chicago, I averaged 29.8 MPG at 75 mph. EPA is 26 MPG at 65 mph. I truly LOVE that Car and Driver rates this SUV near the bottom. Better for me. I have the Home Run. The OWNERS of the GMC Acadia rate this SUV higher than Highlander Palisade, Explorer, Telluride and all the rest. Count me among them. FYI, not a GM employee, just a happy customer.

Making the appointment was quick and convenient, with service offered as early as the following day for an annual inspection and oil/filter change. The scheduler understood that my visit required their Corvette specialist mechanic. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted and the car taken in for service. Work was completed on-time and the invoice reflected my GM Rewards status and an AC Delco coupon for engine oil. I'm very pleased with the service Armen Chevrolet provides me, and have taken my 9-year-old car there since new.

Seamless Out-of-State Purchase – Highly Recommend! I recently purchased a beautifully maintained 2017 Buick LaCrosse Premium from i.g. Burton Buick GMC in Glen Burnie, MD, and the entire remote process was incredibly smooth. The car itself is in immaculate condition—it is clear the previous owner took meticulous care of it. I cannot say enough good things about Corina in Sales. She is an absolute professional—incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and her timely responses completely eliminated the stress of buying a vehicle from afar. She addressed every single inquiry with total proficiency. Jesse in Finance was equally efficient, making the out-of-state paperwork transparent and seamless. If you want top-tier, friendly customer service, I highly recommend i.g. Burton!
