He took the time give me a call to introduce himself and was very warm, positive and professional. Once my vehicle was ready for pick-up, he called again, greeted me upon my arrival, and did a proper checkout to ensure that the window tint and window seal repair exceeded my expectations. As a brand new Mercedes Benz - Plano service department customer, I am happy to say that Clayton COMPLETELY turned around my overall experience and perceptions of this department. 2025 GMC Acadia review
I saw this car driving by the dealership and automatically was drawn to it because of its color. GMC calls it brown but one print out called it crystal metallic purple. It changes colors depending on the weather. I love the handling, the dash and all the bells and whistles! My grandchildren love how much room that it has!

I bought my car here in 2021. Danny was a nonpressure saleman and helped me get the car i really wanted. Dow in Mineola is the best car repair/maintenance experience I have ever had and on multiple occasions. As a single lady, I have often been taken advantage of at car repair shops and spoken down to. Even though I moved over an hour away, I continue to return to Dow in Mineola because they are helpful, resonable, and talk to me in a respectful way. I never feel like someone is just trying to upset me or get me to do unnecessary things.
